Great, has this been substantiated by LE yet? I read this past weekend that NONE of the sightings on Monday have been confirmed by LE.

At the risk of getting apples thrown at me :crazy: I have to say Billie appeared to me to have more emotion tonight on NG than ever before..But it appeared to me to be fear for herself when NG started asking tougher questions..I haven't seen that same look in regards to Hailey yet...

I think she looked scared to death with CD sitting next to her. Those 2 made no eye contact whatsoever. CD kept wiping the sweat from his forehead and looked like he wanted to explode. Plus every now and then I'd see him shift in his seat just a tad bit further away from her. She never turned her head towards him at all. It was very strange. It was like it was 2 strangers sitting together instead of 2 parents with a missing child.IMO

It is hard for me to believe that LE did not get the phone records for 2 weeks.
My daughter got her Blackberry stolen and we went to Sprint store and they INSTANTLY looked online to see if there were any texts or calls that weekend. The guy read the most recent ones to us but they were our daughters texts.
So in a missing child case they would be able to get that same info just as quickly as I did imo.
And if one watches 48HRS, on Discovery Channel, the detectives get the victims complete cell records within 24 to 48 hours max.

LE has to have warrant i think there a lot red tape since it might be use in a trial. Plus we can get info from facebook and my space but LE got to get warrant:waitasec:

I think that NG show has to get permisson to put the videos and pictures on her site

Me neither s_finch...nor did all of us that are questioning Billies story jump on the Ed Smart, Mark Lunsford and others are guilty bandwagon as has been suggested. I believed both of these men were innocent from the beginning. ..and I, as well as most here happen to think for myself whether it goes with or against the grain..just sayin..

LE has a very tough job! And the great majority don't make it a practice to lie but it does happen. And sometimes it is the only way to solve a case.

Maybe not called Lying by LE ! Investigative tactics ! Who has not practiced that trying to get the truth from a child.

Absolutely! I believe Billie was blindsided by SA. Men like these are very convincing and if you are in love with them, it's hard to believe otherwise. So I think in the beginning Billie just went by what SA told her. Billie needs to go back and do her own time line (like another poster stated) and go back with what she knows is the truth and what can be validated or substantiated by LE, not by SA. When Billie goes on NG, and I would recommend not going on NG unless she gets ALL her ducks in a row. Having another person represent the family would probably be a good idea.

But how is she blindsided? This is a man who admitted to threatening her life and Hailey's life, who has dubious hobbies, and at least had a drunk/disorderly charge this past summer. Certainly some reasons to be wary, if her own daughter not liking him was not enough to do it.

You take the green ones and I'll take the red ones, because that's exactly the impression I got as well...more fear, more emotion...but resulting from the tougher questions...fear for herself.

Was only referring to when the news first hit. Didn't take me long to figure it out. I was only talking about thinking you know someone, because of media.

OJ was popular and did the Hertz commercials: likeable guy.
First impression: poor OJ, his ex-wife, mother of children was killed. No way the "nice guy" would ever do it.

But then the evidence was put forth ... and now I know he did.

That was my point. I believe her now, but know that I don't know all the facts (and don't trust my first instincts necessarily).

btw, speaking of OJ ... one of the things that convinced me that he did it was the DOG. Akitas are protective. Nicole's Akita didn't protect her. The dog knew her killer.

BD has a dog, correct? Any reports of the dog barking that day?
Is it protective? Anything out of the ordinary surrounding the dog that day?

If and until Billie passes a poly, I really don't think LE will be giving her any information about the investigation.....besides, her bf is the main suspect. How are they to know she isn't keeping in touch with him? Too bad she didn't think to check the texts and phone calls in the hours before her daughter disappeared.

The thought even crossed my mind that CD may even be working in concert with LE..and appearing with Billie just to keep her coming back and talking to NG because I believe she is terrified..for herself..I believe she would be worried about how bad it would look if she stopped appearing on the show and Clint kept on? Stranger things have happened..

We had been discussing this possible sighting on here and debating about whether it was the woman or her granddaughter who said she saw Hailey. I was just posting this to clarify what Billie said tonight on NG. I'm not saying one way or the other what I think about the sighting - just the messenger of the transcript. :seeya:

Well, hopefully if this is a stranger abduction, that person will relax and make some mistakes that will blow his cover, since this is so focused on SA.

I know I was thinking searching the woods arounds SA moms house would be my first choice

Now starting to think the Neighborhhood needs relooking into.

Im still focused on SA -- his actions demand that...but his window to take her is not from the time he got home and the time DD came home...again if there were people and texts that talked to Hailey...
