So since LE is listening to everything,taking note of interviews with them,media and tv,they could know if persons of interests are speaking to one another since they can't talk on phones.People could also be getting the persons of interests phones and computers that LE aren't monitoring.Wouldn't that make them accomplices if persons of interests become suspects?I can't imagine how they'd feel if they knew they were helping anyone.I wish LE would tell who the other person of interests are.

I can get my cell phone call record on line. I can request it by mail.
I have a second pre paid phone for my little daugther to use to text her friends, I can also get records for that phone.. acutally by calling and asking them for the numbers called and times... I have done it more than once when minutes ran out and i had questions.
Any cell phone records are very easy to get in a short amount of time.

I do not believe for one minute that Hailey texted her friend. I believe it was SA trying to cover is backside. I wonder if the cell phone was tested for finger prints before they let anyone handle it.. was SA finger prints on it..or was it wiped clean.. if wiped clean well that says alot also.. it had to be intentional... i hope that LE knowing that a cell phone could of been used by hailey would finger print that phone.. anything she possibly could of touched that day.. that shed of who opened it last... anything and everything.. I just think that maybe LE at the initial level was more concentrated on her being a run away to do much else in the investigation.. I do not for a minute doubt that they did in fact tell BD she failed the poly and that SA did also. I think a small town sheriff office did the intimadation tatic and did it hard core thinking that they could get info out of these people being that they are not a business man, not someone with lots of funds, living in a modest to less modest house.. in fact i think they stero typed them and used the old school small town tatics to just do what they know to do.. when in fact i think they have a lot of covering to do.. and small town and big town LE yes they do it.. mistakes are made and when it comes down to it.. what are they gonna do admitt mishandeling of the initial case .. or blame the victem.. which is BD also.. SA on the other hand.. a suspect and I am hoping for proff and evidence soon and when the clear Billy Dunn at least apologize to the mother who may have lost her baby girl.

BD is seeming more confortable on television, I think she is in fact coming to term that SA most certainly had involvemt. I am seeing a little madness and some reactions and words to indicate she does believe SA is involved. I think she may not come out and say so.. perhaps LE has advised her not to. There is not one of us that knows what is going on behind the scenes with LE. Ever think her hesitation to answer some things is on the request of LE and perhaps she needs to go over in her mind when asked what she is allowed to say and not say.

I hope the focues on BD eases up, such as the caller tonight on NG if BD was jealous of SA attention to HD... sorry but there was no basis for that and a really stupid question to ask and get on air due to what in the world ever from anyone indicated that. NG needs to screen out the wtf questions... waste of time.

She has changed her story. First, she went straight to the police station and now she came home, checked a few places, then went to police

I'm sure BD's first version included "coming home" & then it changed..I say this cos weeks ago I said she did say that & many believed I was mistaken..I tried looking for the 'proof' but never did find it.

I would imagine that they know exactly how much communication is going on between BD and SA. Seems BD is not wise to the abilities of LE. And if I were LE I wouldn't be telling her anything vital to the investigation.

She may be getting "bat" phones from her friends.....sorry, wrong case....:crazy:

When did Billie first hear about this possible 2pm text? That is a huge bit of news, if it happened, and came from her phone. Either Hailey was around to send the text, or someone else picked up the phone and sent it for nefarious purposes.

Everyone please continue to keep Hailey in your prayers, and ask God to keep His hand on Hailey and all those that love her. There are so many people who love and miss her. We need her home where she belongs.

The ones I have looked at are small - they can easily slop into a pocket, or inside the sock cuff. With real time tracking, and instant alert if the child is not in your pre-set safe zones. Seems to me it would be plenty of time to place a 911 call to get an officer right to the child. Im rally leaning toward this one because it is just 1.94" x 1.94" x .94" :

That's the type of monitoring I helped my friend with - real-time online monitoring (different device, though). We would literally watch her ex-DH go to hotels via the online map, etc.

I took a look at the link above and it seems just like all the other ones out there: it will not work inside, meaning -- that it had to see a satellite to log the GPS data. The other function is that it updates like ours did via mobile phone network. The problem we had was that when the ex-DH went into an area with no reception, the updates would stop although the unit would continue to record GPS locations. As soon as it was back into contact with a tower, it would dump all the past locations. Not perfect but much better than nothing...

I think Billie said that the owner of the home knows where he is. I'm thinking since it was the end of the month, maybe his lease was up? Or he moved on? I for one am not that interested in him as a perp - I'm sure LE has gone over him with a fine tooth comb. If he talked to the media (which he did - b/c we all saw him), then LE talked to him as well (MOO).

If and until Billie passes a poly, I really don't think LE will be giving her any information about the investigation.....besides, her bf is the main suspect. How are they to know she isn't keeping in touch with him? Too bad she didn't think to check the texts and phone calls in the hours before her daughter disappeared.

IDK she fail the first one and she did say she would take one from the F.B.I

I was searching Shawn Adkins on Peekyou.com and came up with something VERY interesting. It lists him in Harmleigh TX, and I know it is him because it also lists him in Dunn. I wonder what the connection Harmleigh is? I don't know if I am allowed to link or not so I am not going to. Just thought I would put this info out there since I haven't seen it mentioned before.

This type of detailed account of Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. So that nobody can say "but when do you do this?" It will ALL be there. Yes, there will still be other questions, but the questions about the sequence of events will be answered.

Well, I can at least clear up one mystery as absolute fact for y'all.....

I am at my own home, and Billie is at hers. I did not go over today because I had to work late, and the media was already there when I pulled into town.

Ummmm, I usually get home around 5:30pm, but tonight it was nearly an hour later, which can be confirmed with cell pings, except for this one area where my phone always cuts out (On I-20 just west of Westbrook). I will go ahead and admit that I was speeding, so the time I stopped pinging will appear shorter than it should. Three of my neighbors witnessed my arrival home, PLUS a police car passed by as I was getting out of my vehicle, so SOMEBODY should be able to verify what time I got home (but you never know).

I changed clothes, went to the bathroom (#2, so it did take more than a minute), hugged my kids and kissed my husband - a peck, not a smooch. Then I got a drink and logged on here, so I hope to God that one of you will be able to back me up that I have remained logged on and not left my house.

I did call Billie around 8:30, and talked for about 25 minutes.... I will glady hand over my phone for someone to verify - I would do it myself, but it is new (I bought it online in November), and I don't know how to look at the call times. I have not had time because I work a lot, not because I am involved in anything nefarious. I can absolutely prove this because I am required to keep a log of both my miles and my time, down to the minute - it is all done by computer, and once I log it I cannot change it in anyway.

I am very willing to submit to a polygraph, chinese water torture, or any other method deemed necessary to determine that I have not, in fact, been to Billie's house today.

Or why she didn't realize Hailey wasn't home all of Monday night when she went back home and didn't hear from SA that Hailey wouldn't be there.

It is my understanding from all the reading, watching, etc that she knew Hailey was not home Monday night, She was told by SA that Hailey was going to her Dad's and then to spend the night with a friend.

She did not know Hailey was missing until she called home around noon on Tuesday and told her son to tell Hailey to come home. The son let her know that Hailey had not been at the friends.

Watching Nancy Grace.SA is states "Let's hope we find Hailey safe and sound." but he is shaking his head back and forth in a "NO" pattern . HMMM!!!!
