Why would SA threaten CD? Or am I confused? I was not able to listen to the calls, just read whatever was written in the article.

So that tells me that CD knew that there was trouble in BD's home.

The call with him saying she was suicidal and threatening to take a bunch of pills really worried me. If she was suicidal why would she care about him threatening to kill her? What if he really was planning on hurting BD and made that call so when she ended up dead they would have it on record that someone was worried about her being suicidal?
It almost made me hope she did really say that...

I think his call re suicide was just retaliation on his part.

I was wondering about that as well. Would LE have any obligation to notify CD of this?

You know,they should,but since she didn't press charges,it might not have been verified that it was said.I'm wondering if there are also 911 calls from Snyder before and we've just not heard it.That officer said SA was calling different police depts. and if they were this volatile,this has probably played out before.I'm wondering what happened a month before when CD got Hailey.Or in June that DB got Hailey or when the gm got Hailey.

Only if BD told CD would he know. You're not confused she did say SA threatened her and her ex-husband. Why would he threaten CD as well? To hurt Hailey he would kill both of her parents? Maybe he had this deep hatred for Hailey? Who knows.

911 calls over the fussing and fighting with a boyfriend who was allowed to stay in the home, yet no calls to Haylie that day or night just to check on her and keep tabs. IMO, that is a red flag of just not wanting the responsibility or being more interested in something else.

Not only that, but if Hailey was aware of those threatening calls/texts from SA to Billie, it is no wonder that baby-child was so scared of SA.

She must have been terrified of him.

Regarding the 911 calls, I'm really curious about what else happened that day. In call 1, BD calls from work. She sounds concerned, but she's calm, rational. In call 2, she's at home, and her voice is a little shaky, but still pretty calm. When the dispatcher calls the LEO on duty to report the call, however, he's clearly aggravated, and says, "Oh, God! She's been going all day." So what went on between calls 1 and 2?

JMO, I don't think these 3 are the ONLY calls, just the only ones released/published for the public to hear at this time.

IIRC, that is exactly what she said. Yet another of BD's lies. And they continue to pile up ...

I never lived anywhere where we had to lock the doors or windows, until now. I don't find that unusual. They probably have low crime statistics.

Actually his attitude angered me. This may have been the same attitude some had, going into a missing person report ?? ("oh God, there she goes again"). We all know there was a critical delay at the beginning.

In defense of LE, I know domestic calls are their most disliked ones.

I agree , that because of call history, that the officer was making an IHO call, with the Oh God not again statement! This is very unprofessional to me ! IMO but the question I am wanting to know is this the same officer that took the missing report from HD? If it is the same officer, or if it is NOT ! This person needs to go into another profession, because when you are called upon to STEP UP ! and you fail to do so ! You have broken your oath ! IMO

OK, I listened to the 911 calls, and here are the things that stuck out to me:

1)Hailey was never mentioned.

2)The police seemed disinterested, and even upset, that they had to go out on yet another call. I am sure I heard the officer say 'dammit'.

3)I don't believe for a minute that Billie threatened to OD. There is only SA's word to go on, and why would anyone believe him?

I did say that if I found out SA had threatened Hailey, I would back away from defending Billie from everything besides the fact that she absolutely has no knowledge at all of Hailey's disappearance and that she is not covering for anyone.

I am ashamed to admit how caught up I have gotten here, reading the the horrible things everyone thinks about my friend, and somehow feeling the need to defend her.
Billie does not need defending. She needs support, and I will continue to stand by her. No matter what happens, there will always be people who will think the worst of her. And I refuse to be a part of that.

The important person here is Hailey. Hailey, whose mom and dad need her to come home desperately. Hailey, whose brother misses her so much. Hailey, who has so many people who love her. Hailey the 13 year old girl who used to spend the night with my girls and act goofy. Hailey. Hailey Hailey. She has to be found.

So, I will no longer be posting in this thread. I spoke with Brad Dennis and two very nice women from the Laura Recovery Center today, and I will be talking more with them. I am going to surround myself with people who don't have use for gossip, and are concerned only with finding Hailey.

Thank you to everyone here who helped with media coverage for Hailey, which helped to get Marc Klaas involved. Thank you to everyone who has prayed for Hailey's safe return, and for continuing to think about her. Thank you also to those of you who have sent me so many messages of support.

Everyone please remember to keep Hailey in your prayers. Ask God to keep His hand on her, and all those that love her. Pray for Hailey's safe return. Do not mourn her yet... use that energy for more prayers.

Several conclusions drawn tonight:
If HD is not involved in some way, she is either simply a pathological liar (can't help herself) or incredibly stupid. (doesn't know anything, doesn't know about the pot--though they do some sort of illegal drug together, had several stories on the sheets--didn't notice they were missing for a couple of days AFTER she told LE to take them for the dogs to scent and AFTER she supposedly goes into the room every day, was too ignorant to ask SA where he was that day when he quit work---and I'm talking that first day she should've asked, and on and on).

Also, I think I'll wait on where that text message pinged from and I'm astounded they don't have that already. If it pinged from HD's house, then SA is either brilliantly manipulating this and has an accomplice, or he's off. Based on the intelligence levels of the others I have seen, my guess is he either had nothing to do with it or had an accomplice who will probably blurt out his crime soon.

NG---I still have to wonder about her babying this person. Reminds me of how she treated Ronald Cummings. Either she just thinks BD's an innocent liar, she's trying to get BD on record for the prosecutor, or??? Trying to help her out?? She pretty much told her to look tired and wipe those dry eyes every so often.
