Does SA say he "loves" Haileys with all of his heart, or "loved" And she "loved" him? Or "loves"?

He uses present tense when he speaks of his feelings for him and her feelings for him. There was a good write up of his interview in the previous thread..

And immature. My brother-in-law and his wife had this sort of relationship. Someone was always getting a call to come get one of them because they were leaving, only to foolishly go there and suddenly everything was ok. Some couples seem drawn to the drama and for some reason feel the need to drag everyone into it.....and are generally oblivious to the fact that everyone they've dragged in thinks they're a little nuts.

Funny but so true. That about somes it up.

Anything after 2/14/10 would NOT be the warrant they referenced on that date.

Towards the end of the call, the dispatcher tells Adkins he has a warrant for his arrest. Adkins confirms that he's aware. The Scurry County Sheriff's Office says this stems from a 2009 public intoxication arrest in Snyder.

IMHO - I don't think there's much there - just a guy drunk in public.

Why does the dispatcher ask him if he knows he has a warrant?

Was there one out for his arrest at that time?

Well he has a different last name than his mother and was using a cell phone so he knew they wouldn't find him anyway.

I wonder about asking for a specific officer too. :waitasec:

He made that call in Feb 2010. IIUC, he had a warrant at that time for a Sept. 2009 charge. Imo, he was very aware of the warrant - that's why he wouldn't give his street address...

BBM -- if there was, I think they would have hauled him in. If the can arrest CD on a couple gm's of weed, they certainly wouldn't let SA off the hook.

If his warrant was in Snyder that means the police officers in the county he was in would have to find him and transport him to Snyder because that's the county with the warrant. They might not want to have wasted time and money on a PI warrant.

So there's probably drug addictions,not just them buying illegal drugs,along with the horror movies,studying crime stories of murder,sexual crimes,acting out in vids by him only so far and domestic problems.
