Wild hogs? lol. I've never heard of anyone being killed by one. Rattlesnakes wouldn't scare locals who could put on boots. Anyway, has it ever been said or confirmed if any calls came in to BD's cell phone that day she left it for the kids? Such a shame if none of the parents or "step" boyfriend & girlfriend of theirs never once called to check on Haylie. Her brother was gone, the doors and windows hardly ever locked, everyone else gone to work really early, and Haylie supposedly there alone all day. I wonder if there were any rules at all, like wait til one of us gets home from work to leave the house.

I don't think BD is involved, I just don't. I think she has muddied the water plenty, but even though I don't agree with what she is doing, I do understand it.

I'm just now catching NG, and my big question on that is how many 'suspects' have we seen who leave their social pages public?

I think I posted the other night, but I was tired and don't remember for sure :crazy:, about how I felt SA was in it for the thrill. Keeping his MS public and posting messages to BD, posting pictures of himself with Hailey, is cementing these feelings I have.

All my non-expert opinon, SA enjoys the recognition, he enjoys people accusing him of being a killer, and he is going to ride it for as long as he can. IMO, he doesn't necessarily want to be caught and spend the rest of his life in prison, but he wants everyone to know he did it.

Is this it? TexasGiGi's brother does - I remembered the post as well and who it was... I think my migraine fog is lifting. :rocker:

Thanks belimom!!

Just thinking about something in correlation with some of the posts about the *odd* wording about "intentionally" disposing of a body in the trash. Far fetched, but wondering if SA put something in a trash can "temporarily" and intending to retrieve it? Did he get to work and remember it was trash pick up day?

Can we tag that post by TexasGiGi?

Wait a minute!! Wasn't there OUTRAGE when LE 1st treated this as a runaway?? Billie INSISTING it couldn't be true?? Well....what changed, Billie?? Failed poly and love of your life named a suspect?? NOW you say no evidence of foul play. What does that leave?? Runaway. How convenient. :innocent::sick:

And yet, there was absolutely no reason or hint that Hailey ever wanted to leave that house and live someplace else BD would say previously. It was an AWESOME home these past six months, totally awesome.

What I've been asking the entire time! Good that he's somewhere safe. Hope he feels free to speak about all. There IS more after the "deer in headlights". Even if it implicates those close to him.

Other thing on my mind--I do not, for one moment, think that Marc Klaas would sit next to, or aid someone he even suspects is guilty. (yes I know that was proven wrong 1 time) With what he's been through, and for future cases I simply don't believe it plausible, or remotely possible. He does believe BD is innocent. Some have speculated concerning any LE info he is privy to...while this is only MY speculation I believe he gets/knows more at times simply through osmosis by those around who have respect for him. BD had the same monotone voice when reporting death threats (Buehler?) Could be just her. Do I feel she is misguided? YES Did she really play a part in her own daughter's death or circumstances leading up to her missing? NO Who is the lesser of minds of that pair...that would be same. JMO, of course. Hope that is OK to state.

It is my opinion that Marc Klaas is not even considering BD's guilt or innocence. I believe he looks at BD as simply (and tragically) a mother whose daughter is missing. His main concern is Hailey and bringing Hailey home in any way possible. At this point in time, he is willing to give BD help, without judgement, for the sake of her daughter-- and this is all he cares about. He is willing to look beyond any possible dependancy or whatever that BD has for SA in order to return HD home to her family. Whomever is ultimately found responsible and whatever the outcome of this tragic case, I will admire Marc for being there for CD, BD and DD when few other people were and for getting the searches properly organized.

If I were Hailey's Mother, I would be both sad and happy that Marc Klaas was with me. Happy because he could give me guidance and help me to deal with the media.
Sad because I would know that I might soon be going down the road that he had to travel with Polly.
I just think that most of us have a personality disorder or mental incapacity, whether we admit it or not.
The people who reach out and get help from professionals and take drugs prescribed are the smarter ones.
Perhaps BD's flat affect is because of medication combined with guilt and shame. I can't imagine what it would be like for an entire nation to be looking into my life like an open book.
Maybe the guilt and shame are because she wasn't being the best mother that she could be. Maybe she put her boyfriend ahead of her children. Maybe she indulged in too many drugs.
Maybe she didn't show Hailey how much she loved her.
And maybe she is a sociopath, but they inevitably tip their hat and their mask tumbles off and we see them for what they are.
If she is a sociopath and SA is also, then we have a very dangerous pair. Turning LE in every direction but the right one.
MK seems to genuinely believe that BD had no direct involvement in harming her daughter. I have to trust his judgment.
If Hailey was not taken in a heartbeat by a stranger while no one was watching, then this only leaves SA.
His fascination with all things "murder" is disturbing, but not that unusual.
His use of Klonopin by prescription shows that he has some sort of mental problem.
I have to wait and see before I can form a viable opinion.
Has Marc pointed his finger at SA? If he has I haven't seen it.

At 13 the harm is more likey to be from someones she knows or a stanger than from her parents.

I have tried to find a case that compares to this case for statistical value (if there is such a thing ) I can only think of 1 where the mothers B/F killed the teen daughter.

I am not comparing small children as those happen often but the motive is different.

I also cannot only think of one case where the step mother and father killed a teen.
on the other hand there are tons of cases where friends of the family or neighbors or stangers have kidnapped a child of ths age.

On the other hand, I am not sure there are that many cases where the 25 yr old stepdad has an obsession with custom made death masks and serial killers while mixing prescription meds with pot and beer whenever possible.

I've never heard of anyone killed by a wild hog, but I do know a couple of people who have been tore up pretty good by them. We had some pot-bellied pigs at one time, and as a favor I took in a 'tame' male pig. He was very small, and he was the most vicious animal I have ever owned. I had to have him put down when he started ripping up the fence and terrorizing the neighbors. I wouldn't have any problems searching where there are snakes, but I would be very scared of the hogs.

I'll see your non-expert and raise you one
IMO the locked doors were because he was collecting cameras /video equip or editing / reviewing footage. MOO he was awful startled for some reason.
eta: 25 yr old men should know how to handle self gratification by locking ONE door not EVERY door! but I'm not a man so really I dunno

I've been meaning to ask what are tags?

Took me a while to find them but they are wonderful. You can put words in the tag thread to make things more searchable.

They are located under the thread .

MONROE -- Family of 38-year-old Raymond Bush, who police say abducted and fatally shot a 15-year-old Evart girl before taking his own life, defended him today as a good person who simply snapped.

Bush and the girl, Taylor Manley, had been in a relationship for about a year, said Bush's stepmother, Maryann Bush.

A 15-year-old girl is dead and her stepfather is now charged with her murder.

The crime happened in Rockport Indiana, which is in Spencer County.

One of Alexis Oesterle's friends says she lied to the media the other day when describing the 15-year-old.

She said Alexis loved everyone but now she's saying that's not true.

There was one person she didn't get along with; her stepfather now charged with her murder.

The percentage of caregiver/acquantance related deaths drop as the children get older. Random stranger crimes still stay low though.

Hello all..Had a minute to check in trying to get a mini update of Billie on NG tonight.. Most likely I won't get to watch NG's late replay here tonite.. So I haven't seen our wonderful Patty G around much in the last week.. Does anyone know if possibly by chance she would have uploaded the NG segments from tonight?

I wonder if I could possibly luck out and that she did indeed post them..

Anyone who has any info or link to point me in the direction that I may possibly find Patty G's recent NG uploads I'd be forever happily indebted and thankful:)

TIA...to anyone who can help me..

His Myspace isn't public, NG must have got the info from one of his MS friends.
