Do we really know that, though? It seems to me that these kids spent as much time as possible out of the house...probably just to be away from mom and SA.

I keep reading that myself and keep asking how we know that..but as of yet, no one has answered unless I have missed it...

I am wondering if any calls were placed or received on Billie's phone on December 27th while Billie was at work (other than the 2pm text.) I just find it very unusual that a teenager on vacation would not be in touch with anyone before 2pm, especially if she was allegedly up and strolling about the 'hood for much of the morning. I'll bet that 2pm text was the only time that phone was used on that day before 2pm and that makes them wonder if she had in fact "disappeared" the night before. Alos, if no phone action, that may be coloring their idea about the "sightings", as well as the fact that no one seems to have come forward to say they spoke to her in person either.

Do we even know if Billie had legal custody or just had the kids because she was in the home, had a steady job, etc. ?

If they had not filed for divorce, would there be any legal custody/legal child support in Texas? What would give one parent rights over the other?

IANAL, but it's my understanding that with custody, in essence, possession is 9/10 of the law. That is, in the absence of a legal custody order, primary physical custody defaults to the parent with physical custody, with whom the child resides, 51% of the time.

I think the LEO who swore to the affidavit has his truth too. He swears that he obtained info from the people there, that it was a party.

BeanE, that's the thing...it's easy to look past one or two odd things..maybe more depending on the circumstances...but everything? Sometimes when it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck... it IS a flippin' duck! Of course there are exceptions..but more often than not..it's a duck!!!

She went home to see if H was there, because she DID NOT HAVE HER CELL. It was, as stated ad nauseum, at home for the kids to use. So if H had arrived while B was in the car headed home, D could not have called her. So she went home to check.

And...we know her co-worker sister-in-law didn't have a cell? :waitasec:

Actually of the bottles that were shown on the video the only one you could get a clear picture of was the Amoxicillin. The others were turned so that you couldn't really see their labels.

Watch it again. Ativan and hydrocodone were visible, to ME.

And where is her mattress? It appears to be a box spring on the floor. Did LE take it, or was it already gone when they got there?

I saw a bed with a pink fitted sheet on it, and her cheer uniform laid out on top.

The majority of that show was over the 911 calls, which do give a small look into the nature of BD and SA's relationship.

What they do not do is tell us where Hailey is!!

Why can't we get updates on where the case is at this point? Why can't we get questions answered, such as "where was SA on Tuesday"? Things that could help us find Hailey. Their "investigative" reporters sure do seem to be able to dig up other unreleased "facts".

BD needs to do what Kimster suggested......take control of the direction of the show. It's hard to do with NG, but it has been done before.

All MOOOOOOOOO

I agree to a point with your post. It does not tell us what happen to Hailey.

Just another fact of what kind person was around Hailey.

I been thinking about this all day another poster post the question about if SA was sitting up BD to be found OD. (by the way IMO a officer should been sent out asap just to make sure she didn't! He could talk the BS after the call was put out for a wellness check imo)

The call from SA was kind chilling he was so calm to think his girlfriend might commit suicide. I would been "I can't get over there right now! please send someone out there!" I be in panic mood! I didn't see any panic in any of the calls. IMO
Beside the fact that Billie was at her mother who would been there if Billie was going to take a bunch pills.

The important to me is another part of SA personality that alarming and he might had been setting up a murder. Just like saying Hailey was promiscuous :( to me it was like he was saying look at her boyfriends. Who say that about a 13 years old.

He also might have been trying to get BD Baker act :waitasec:
IMO

Thinking out loud:waitasec:

How do we know that?

Re: DD being home Monday night.

What makes you believe he wasn't? He stayed with a friend Sunday night, got home at 4 on Monday, and was still there around noon Tuesday when Billie called to see if Hailey was home yet.

IMO, BD wants this all to 'go away' so she and SA can be back together in their AWESOME world...................Hailey who?????

Just my opinion, so please don't bash. But does anyone think BD talks about HD like a piece of missing furniture?

I just wish we would get back to this 13-year-old Hailey Dunn isn't in her house -- she's missing."

Yes, Billie, we know she isn't in her house.

How impersonal can you get? She says it over and over....no emotion whatsoever.

And IMHO I think it's the oddest statement ever heard in a missing childs case.

MOO

JMO- She does not need to ask because she already knows.

I agree....

I find it hard to believe...these questions were NOT asked by B ....to S....

These are NECESSARY questions...to be asked....IF...your daughter is missing and you are trying to have knowledge of all the information leading up to it..

Of COURSE, one WOULD...ask...DEMAND an answer...

IMO....NG is beginning to put some pressure on B...for some answers...instead of B's ...I don't know...I didn't ask....

and IMO...B doesn't like it.....IMO...she is still protecting/communicating with S....

IMO...either B is scared S has Hidden.harmed H and is trying to protect him...in hopes S can have H returned.....

OR...B knows all what happened....and trying to steer the investigation...away from S....and in spite of....IF he IS guilty...she STILL wants to be in touch with him....

all in my own opinion

Wasn't that after the search and the room was put back together?
