I honestly don't think H sleeping on the couch, watching TV, is that unusual or sinister, and then moving into her bedroom once she got her own TV.

I kind of doubt she had her own room at her dad's, it doesn't sound like dad was even supposed to be there.

Also, NG may not be a live show tonight, it is Friday.

So where did BD and SA hang out in the house if HD is sleeping on the couch?
I don't find it sinister, I find it odd. I don't know any 13 year olds that sleep in the living room if they have a room of their own.

This is just an observation that I have wanted to put out there. Being raised by a sociopath mother (and not knowing that until I was in my 40's) - there were aleays problems around the holidays. I think its because there are so many emotions that surround them and they don't "do emotions". Xmas, MY birthday, Easter, every year - I remember in my late teens and all of my 20's how I had gotten to "not want to go over there" and actually dreaded it sometimes. I was on my own with my own apt so it helped.

I'm noticing in this case - problems around Holidays -

Valentines Day 2010
Aug 2010 pub intox arrest in Tye, Tx(IIRC BD's birthday is in Aug)
Aug 2009 pub intox arrest in Snyder - again BD's birthday month
and we've hear "rumors" about a blow-up around Christmas.

Sociopathic behavior is all over this case. The other holidays - 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, don't matter so much - although I can remember a few big blow outs on the 4th.

I'm leaning to "something" happened over Christmas. Whether that something included everybody - SA, Bd, Hailey and DD even possibly CD or just SA and BD - I don't know. It it would fit the "pattern".

With Clint's girlfriend on Section 8/HUD N. and her son would each get 1 bedroom. The baby can stay in N. room up until a year i believe, but if she could find a 3 bedroom unit they would have given it to her early since the baby is a girl. So the house was either a 2 or 3 bedroom. I'm guessing Hailey slept on either the couch or an air mattress

Just in kicking some things around, I would love to know how CD's gf on Section 8 felt about the money I would imagine he had to pay out in child support for DD and Hailey......

That I do not know, but I feel like if she was going to mention on the call to the police that he was making threats against she AND Clint, why would she not mention Hailey if he had indeed threatened her also?

JMO, I think SA must've admitted he threatened to kill BD's whole family at one point, and LE figures that would include Hailey.

Is there anyone in here that has knowledge of TX law regarding search warrants? While I am thankful for the searches that are being conducted, it seems like searches linked to the only person identified as a suspect should be conducted first...all lands and property owned by SA's family.

(FYI The motel/home area is only 2 hrs. from Colorado City, going north on 208/Hickory, up to Snyder & taking 84 directly to the motel in Lubbock..)

On a NG show, HD's grandma was on saying how HD was afraid of SA, cuz he was looking into her bedroom while she was in there? IMO, it was my impression that HD was sleeping in her room at the time?

If that is the case, I can't imagine HD wanting to sleep on the couch? Or would she feel safer on the couch?!

Do you know how many people would have to be lying or fudging the evidence to make the stories BD tells true? The LE from last Feb., all the police and agencies that are involved now. To me that's just silly. They have no interest in hanging an innocent woman. No desire to frame her. My gosh, it's laughable.

My husband had his own room as a kid and always slept on the couch. His dad still talks about how he used to come down every morning and ask if he was ever planning on sleeping in his room or if he should rent it out....lol. Coincidentally, the reason my husband slept on the couch was becasue they had cable tv in the living room, but he did not have a tv in his room.......

Really? Are you sure? Are you making the assumption that HD is dead? Have you considered other scenarios? If there was a break up scenario/HD didn't like SA and he, in a twisted sense of trying to salvage a sinking ship, took her. Has he threatened BD? Has BD been told by forensic psychologist that once SA thinks the relationship is truly over will mean the end for HD? I don't know, IMO there are about 4 - 5 other very plausible causes that need to thoroughly examined before folks just pop the book close, stick the pen behind their ear and call it a day.

I think Billie admitted to 2 transactions on NG - the second one was made after she learned the balance remaining after the first one. Seems like she was checking the balance on the same account.

But she said that she made 2 withdraes because she didnt know how mych was in there..with the first it would have given her a balance so I assumed that she then took out the other amount once she seen she had enough in there? I may have misread but IMO this is what it says?

When I was 13-14 I LOVED sleeping on the couch, not sure why. I had a big room, and queen bed, but still ended up on the couch.

My daughter is 12 she has a 27 inch tv in her room stero a laptop queen bed...She prefers to be in the living room being she likes the larger 46 inch ..
