I read somewhere about locals or insiders needing to be verified by the moderators here.

So, is this a screw-up by the news, or another BD inconsistency?

I can see the news misreporting a little bit, but FGS, how does a person give 2 different versions of who took them to work on a story they have to have told 100 times by now, at least?

Not directed at you WOO, this is just my frustration coming out...

I was going to ask this the other day and didn't..but I will now. Do we know when that information was obtained? The reason I asked is this..How do we know that LE has not obtained a more accurate timeline since that was put out. I think it highly likely considering that stories were changing and maybe as LE was able to confirm more, that the timeline has changed and may not be completely accurate now. Just a thought...

Actually, she did say she saw her twice then said she didn't remember. I would like to know what she is covering since we have an eyewitness of HD with the gf's son. I have never seen nor heard anytime that Billie discussed this. Please, tell me when she did. MOO

Every link we have found has not in fact stated that GF changed her story. We find only local flavor discussion.

Also this article from yesterday is an official update of the alleged siting of Haleigh. The cameras at the Dollar Store show her on Sunday. Not Monday. The statements from Clint state it was Sunday not Monday.

Meanwhile, investigators continue to sift through evidence to establish a time line for Hailey's disappearance.

Kampfer stated investigators haven’t been able to corroborate any witnesses seeing Hailey on December 27, the day she supposedly disappeared while on the way to spend the night with a friend.

“Taking the electronic data and mixing it in, the time tables don’t match up,” he said.

We would love for you to provide us with a link because we are having difficulty finding one which talks about a change in story.

Those things were so confusing to me because so much was repetitive! I had to read each and every one because I was afraid I would miss something. I *think* it was 8..but don't take me word on that cuz I'm not sure!

I read all of them when they first came out, but I didn't register their 'labels'. When I started looking for where I got the 5:45pm pick up from work, I found several links with a few affidavits, and I was just reading the same ones over and over.

Where did we get that BD rode to work with a friend Monday morning? Because if it's not from LE.........maybe they did ride together? Maybe she didn't leave as early as we think and that's why he pings back in CCity, he came back to get her?

I believe the affadavits indicated that BD left for work at 6:20am and there was a witness account of this. cztgz later confirmed to us that she rode to work with a co-worker that day which was her usual routine. Makes sense since the co-worker would be the witness account of the time she left for work I would imagine.

What we have never found out is whether the same co-worker usually drove her home as well and whether the routine changed that day because she got off early.

I don't think there has ever been an accurate timeline.

Oh wait, BeanE's timeline - she's spent countless hours verifying everything she put there - I would say her's is about as accurate as we're gonna get.

Nowhere has BD admitted to contacting or talking to CD's girlfriend that day. Nowhere has MB indicated that she wasn't sure whether HD was coming over. In fact she has indicated that she never heard from HD. DD could not possibly have been in and out on the Monday or he would have seen HD at some point. And of course we know that SA didn't "frequently stay there", he was living there.

CZ confirmed that a coworker picked her up that morning (and said that happened regularly) and LE confirmed at some point that they had a witness for the time she left for work (which was assumed to be that coworker). I don't have the links as it was many threads back, but I remember it clearly because I was trying to work out the particular travel arrangements with only one car that morning, as there had been a lot of conflicting reports swirling around about that.

If you look at that link it is originally dated 1/12 - so I don't know how much had come out then.

Things/stories change on an hourly basis it seems.

Most of that timeline comes directly from the affadavits. Otherwise, it's noted that the source told Reporter News or Nancy Grace, etc., like the item you cited about BD riding to work on Monday with SA.

I have been thinking about the time line and have a question. They talk about the phone pings, but in the various story descriptions it sounds more like those are times when particular phone calls were made. That isn't the same thing as a ping though (unless I'm misunderstanding something), isn't the phone pinging all the time as long as it is getting power?

My question is did the gf ever make a statement to LE or MSM saying she didn't remember if HD was there or not? Or is the only source for this Cz [ and BD.]

I searched and searched and did not find an article or video stating that.

Me neither..other than what BeanE has sleuthed herself, I believe she has been using this one in addition, simply because it's all we had! It just makes sense to me that if stories are changing, as LE is able to confirm whether statements are indeed true, then the timeline is bound to change. Unfortunately, they aren't going to keep us updated, dang it!

It's amazing. Even the basic facts are wrong: Billie and Clint are divorced (untrue, separated only) and SA stays over frequently (untrue, was admittedly living there). These are basic facts that a friend for years would know, imo. If not, then her dear friend Billie is lying to her about even these basics. No reason for anyone to misstate these facts unless thinking it would be better for BD's image to portray her as single and dating, rather than separated and living with someone (really, would any of us give a whip?) Certainly, no one would have cared an iota less about finding Hailey if we knew that both Hailey's parents were living with others while still married.

They are! Some made a big deal out of that...but it took me 8 years to divorce my ex because once I started seeing someone else..he wanted custody! He was living with someone himself and wouldn't have known what to do with the children anyway..It was total spite and I ran out of money fighting him. Even the judge we went before asked "what took so long?" I wanted to slap him!
