I haven't seen a time posted, Owl.

I'll be working. Normally it would bother me to miss a presser, but not this time.

We were told last night that Kaempfer was going to meet with Billie today to go over what she should and should not say tomorrow in reference to the alleged threat, and that LE had given her their, uh...approval. I let it be known that I was incensed to think that LE would condone BD talking to the press about a potential suspect whose whereabouts are unknown when there's even a slim possibility that he might have Hailey. It's one thing for LE to announce the identity of a POI, but to have the mother of a missing child go in front of the cameras to do so is just crazy. Afterward, I was accused of twisting words and made to feel like a heel for suggesting what now turns out to be the truth. We were reassured that BD was not holding a press conference primarily to talk about the mystery guy. Rather, she wanted an opportunity to set the record straight about what happened on December 26-27. So I apologized for misunderstanding and let it go. Then whaddya know, today we see this:

Hi Bessie! I agree and mean this without any snark. But she needs to let LE name the person/suspect/POI or Billie may be on the other end of defamation or character assassination suit. I'm not saying the threat isn't true, I'm just saying you have to be very careful these days about how you say things.

BD left work EARLY the same day that SA went to work and left. WHY???
If BD worked 10-12 hour shifts as stated she would work 7-7pm???
Stopped at mom's for 15 min..alibi? Why would you go for only 15 min?
To get something? drop off something? go to bathroom? tell her something?

Passion..I am thinking on a similar track of thought.. Billie left Snyder Hospital a little early{supposedly because she was done for the day and her relief had already come on duty and told Billie she could go ahead and leave} ..

We then have Billie..herself admitting..as well as LE's affidavit that place BD and SA at an ATM in Snyder..Scurry County at 6:19pm for $60 withdrawal AND at 6:20pm for $80 withdrawal..

We then have the fact that LE stated in the affidavit that Billie Dunn..herself had voluntarily consented to interiew process and it was during the voluntary interview that BD..herself voluntarily gave LE the information that after withdrawing the total of $140 cash from the ATM that she{Billie Dunn} had purchased "illegal narcotics" from a person{there goes Billie's excuse and obfuscated stock answer of that the "illegal narcotics" were only speaking of her prescription meds..which youd have filled at pharmacY)..and the drugs were purchased for both herself and Shaun to use..

NOpe..Billie admitted voluntarily to LE that she had purchased illegal narcotics from a person in Scurry County.. This is LE's words of what happened including info that was voluntarily given to them by Billie herself..

Then we've got Billie is saying "Presently"..and that is that after they made the 2 ATM withdrawals{which she fully admits}..but she tells that the $140 cash was for gas..food..and stuff..

She then states that they only went to her mom's on the north side of Snyder..and only for about 15mins..and then went straight home....

So after looking at all of that info in just that small amount of text and comparing them to each other..

I have come to the conclusion that most likely that BD and SA did go to the north side of Snyder that nite..and only for 15 mins as they stated..and it very well may even be true that it was to BD's moms..{she wouldn't be the first druggie that I've seen that buys drugs from their parent}..or maybe it was purchased right near mom's house from a dealer..

Either way this would make sense to me as to why she's attempting to sway belief that they just innocently went to her mom's house.. Because if they can possibly track there movements in that exact area that they'd have a perfectly legit reason for being seen on say a gas stations camera that was 1 block from her mom;s house or even closer..

She is giving alot of the truth in a neatly wrapped package and held together as the tape for that package is the lie that has been purposefully ommitted..

Bd answered the question NG presented to her. BD did not address whether or not SA had any legal or illegal narcotics. She very well could have been implying that very thing but it is not referenced in that statement.

I wouldn't doubt that BD and SA's interviews/questioning sessions were taped. That would have been the prudent thing for LE to do but until we know for a fact what BD and SA admitted to, one has to take into account that LE can enhance the words in a sworn affidavit to encourage a judge to sign for a search warrant. BD denies some of what was in the affidavit and until it is proven otherwise it can not be held as fact. JMO-respectfully.

I think we as people can choose how much weight we will give to a particular piece of evidence. I personally believe strongly that Law Enforcement affidavits hold more weight than an appearance on NG when BD spoke of her prescription only use.

But I respect your opinion to hold to your choices also.

I just watched the video at KTAB of Billie talking about this "new" person of interest she feels should be looked at. I noticed a distinct glance down and to the right when she said this. Body language experts? Neurolingists? There was also a pronounced grimace at a particular point.

Yes that was very evident !! All the eye glancing etc..... IMO

I don't make eye contact when I'm talking to my own family. I do not make eye contact period. I will try but it only lasts for a few seconds before I look away. Often, down and to the right actually. Whether I am talking or not, even if I am listening to someone talk.

We have seen several cases where everyone was convinced the parent was lying because they looked down and to the right... only to find they were innocent. Not a reliable factor. Actually, CLINT did this in an interview as well.

Asperger's syndrome, poor social skills, low self esteem...trying not to get emotional... uncomfortable with the person you are talking to or with being interviewed by the media.... all reasons not to make eye contact.

Very interesting . But watching the video as a whole when BD talks about the other person of interest, is just not believable to me. JMO And I want to believe that BD as a Mother would never harm or shield someone that did harm to her child.... but well you know how the story seems to be unfolding..... IMO

I wonder how much detail BD will give on the mystery suspect. I can only imagine that this PC may alienate LE, they have chosen not to release any info on the other POI's.

On the other hand, if you were innocent and felt that LE was looking at the wrong person, maybe a PC of this nature would put public pressure on them to take her seriously and act.

I dunno, I have climbed up and down the fence so much my thighs look like a sumo wrestler. My gut says she knows something and is lying or worse she is complicit with SA and has no choice but to continue the charade, but the Mom in me has difficulty with feeling she could hurt Hailey or help cover up her death.

A relative could have given her their pills that they didn't want to try and help with the toothache. BD could have taken her own bottle to put them in just in case they were stopped. Many people give family and friends some medications, but I guess literally it's not legal.
