Okay Im trying to follow you...so are you plotting him leaving work at 6:10 going to Dunn to GrandM house between 6:25&6:35 and no one home so goes on to snyder to mothers house through CC to pick up I-20?

lol, I was trying to see why the trip to Dunn was mentioned yesterday. I think it did two things, one it gave a reason for the phone to ping in C.City without SA being at the house, and two it's covers a ping in the Dunn area. The problem with her time line is, the phone was pinging in the C. City for 21 minutes. So he had to have spent some time there, not just drove through. Also her time line put him in Big Spring "around" 8am. A straight trip from Dunn would have put him there at 7:35, I can go with that being "around 8am", but what I can't go with is the fact that his phone didn't start pinging in the Big Spring area until 9:38 am. So her time line, FAIL. lol.

But the biggest question for me right now is WHY no one is mentioning anything about the time line Tuesday for SA. And no "He was at his mother's", does not cut it.

SA dropped BD off at work at 7 am. She talks about what all was done the rest of the time. Then SA magically appears at 4pm, in time to talk to LE, so again I say ppppfffffttttt on the not knowing he didn't come home until 3 until the next day. They left it at 1 (time of disappearance) for some reason.

But I digress. Where was SA from 7-4, that's 9 hours. You can do a lot of covering up in 9 hours.

I agree with you, teh.... The only problem is: IIRC, his grandma's house isn't on the main road. He wouldn't have had time to go all the way over to her house, get out, knock on the door, wait a few minutes, leave, and then get to CCity when the phone started pinging at the tower, kwim?

But it was mentioned for a reason. That am I fairly certain of. His attorney probably ordered the pings from the phone company and SA is filling in the details to fit the pings. MOO

ETA: My apologies -- it seems his grandmother's house is directly on the route he would have travelled. Thanks, Redcat...

And another thing, teh's drinking the red bull today can you tell, these 'witnesses", the one who saw her and the young boy walking between 10:30 and well - her statement says "noon", her typed time line says 1pm, so pick one - and the neighbor who saw her on the phone at noon - all they do is cover for the majority of time SA was "at his mom's". Then you throw in the 8:30 witness from the previous day, well that covers BD and SA both wouldn't it? Only thing is, LE says....FAIL.

Bouncing off of your post, in her PC she used "he" to describe the midday witness who saw Hailey and the other kids twice between 10:30 and 1:00. This isn't the neighbor who saw her in the backyard - she referenced that separately - and we know about the hairdresser JB, a woman. So who is "he"?

While I sincerely appreciate the time and effort of law enforcement agents, that law enforcement agents (inaudible) investigate Hailey’s disappearance, I do not understand why they seem to have disregarded all of the witnesses who have come forward to say they saw Hailey on Monday Dec 27th. Two of my neighbors came forward to say they saw Hailey in my back yard around noon. Another neighbor said he saw Hailey and a small dark boy, probably Naomi’s son, two times between 10:30 and noon. A woman who knows Hailey and the friend she was supposed to spend the night with saw them both walking together in front of Alco around 8:30pm. This woman was returning a movie to the Redbox and passed by them. She still had a receipt and brought it by and showed it to me the other day with the date of the 27th and the time of 8:36.

Maybe Tuesday is an important day for LE. They have all the pings. If they dont release it no one can fill in any holes. Same as BD phone for Monday. They arent releasing it for a reason.

Snyder (work) to Dunn (Gm's) +25-30 minutes. (I added in knocking and whatever.)

Dunn to C.City (I-20) + 18 minutes.

C.City to Big Spring +47 minutes.

6:10 + 1:35 minutes.

ETA in Big Spring 7:45, I said 7:35 before, I misspoke. So I can buy the around "8"....but the phone didn't start pinging in Big Spring until 9:38.

The Hairdresser statement says between 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. So I'm not sure where noon would have come from.

From PK as of yesterday afternoon which is the most up to date information on these witness sightings.

Colorado City City Manager Pete Kampfer says the witness statements mentioned by Billie could not be validated.

Kampfer said Monday he did not attend the press conference because it would "Be out of line for me to be involved in a press conference along with her, there may be some things we disagree with."

Exactly.....it ain't fittin'. But I did try to make it fit to be all fair and stuff. :great: Even if GM's is right on the road....it still leaves unaccounted minutes from the 21 minutes we know the phone was pinging in the C.City area.

IDK, I got "noon" from the transcript of the presser, but on the time line they handed out it said 1pm.

Two neighbors at noon in the yard. And the text at 2 not mentioned.

My brain is totally fried with this stuff.

Two of my neighbors came forward to say they saw Hailey in my back yard around noon.

I know it was noon, but on BD's time line she handed out yesterday it says between 10:30-1:00.

Thank you. I know some property is owned elsewhere, so I apologize if I thought that was where she lived. (I changed my original post.) Then it may fit the timeline then. I still think it was very odd to stop and see your grandmother at 6:20-6:30-ish in the morning, kwim?

But it was mentioned for a reason.

And what does this mean anyway? What is her theory?

That Hailey wandered the streets at 8:30pm with another girl, got abducted, and the other girl isn't telling anybody about it? Rather than running home screaming about it?

Or is her theory now that Hailey ran away?

And how does the named suspect fit in with this? Hailey wandered the streets at 8:30pm with another girl, and Shawn came and abducted Hailey, and the other girl is just going on about her life as if nobody got abducted?

Or Hailey ran away, and Shawn happened to see her and abducted her?

Fried brain, I'm tellin' ya. Fried brain.

I know I agree. What I tried to say is that I went back and checked the Hairdresser statement. And according to the hairdresser the timeline was 10:30am to 1:00pm. So I'm not sure how BD zeroed in on noon.

Is it known if this 'lead' was given to investigators early in the investigation and is there a pre-existing personal relationship between this person and HD or SA?
