We should just list the questions we want answered and send them to MSM to ask..... so many questions answered. IMO, I feel Sa and xyz want to be able to read about themselves, and if it means getting Hailey home, then I say we want to read about how they are so smart, and how they fooled the LE and the entire world into believing that they really pulled the wool over our eyes,,,,,, So,,, if we dont know what happened in the end,,,, then how will you be famous? In order to be written about in crime stories, the ending has to be there,,,, or else,,, nobody will want to read it.

He clearly says Tuesday NIGHT is when DD came over asking if Clint had seen HD. That is not accurate.

Go back to the affidavits. Clint and DD are "quoted" by the peace officer about breaking the window, etc. It was not NIGHT. IMO

I have a friend from Virginia who always refers to afternoon as night.

Police report made at 2pm. BD says DD was already home, wait a minute. lmbo, I've confused myself again. DD came home at 4pm on Monday. She said he was home when she called at noon on Tuesday.

I am looking for old news articles. BEANE post your timeline please.

How could DD come home and break in on Monday if BD said he was home when she called at noon. I thought DD was at a friends when he received the call no?

What is up with this timeline changing all the time?

Okay, maybe I can see doing these things first IF she hadn't told Clint to call the police station to announce to them that she was on her way to file a report???

Checking at home, texting her friends, and even going to some of their houses first might be 'consistent' with their fairly lax supervision of Hailey and the responsible thing to do before going to LE. I dunno, maybe LE would have thought that to be the responsible thing to do also.

But WHY have CLINT call LE to announce HER impending arrival, and then purposefully delay that arrival? Is this grandiosity, OR is this a strategy designed to set Clint up? Did she prompt him to "start the chain of reaction" with LE and then get busy herself doing things to make herself look like the "responsible one" between the two of them?

Why didn't she tell Clint (and DD) to start phoning Hailey's friends to try and find her-- he had the phone Hailey used. Her request was weird, imo.

Monday DD breaks into the house between 4 and 5.

Tuesday he is home at noon when BD calls

I think people are mixing up the two events. On both days he was said to have been over at Clints house.

Correct. But CD learned before Tuesday NIGHT (as he stated in the NG snip) that H was missing. IMO. He was on the phone with BD and DD was there much earlier in the day.

The text was at 2pm right? So we have pings showing SA still in the Big Spring area until 2:46. Yesterday BD said SA left Big Spring around 2. I'm guessing BD's phone was not in Big Spring to send a text, otherwise...SA would be in jail, so who sent the text from BD's phone? SA could have left his phone at his mother's came home and sent the text, but that is really cutting the time line CLOSE. In fact I'm not real sure he could have done it, so WHO sent the text?

How is this for really confusing you? LOL Read on...

I know zilch about these new fangled technological devices, so I hope that you will be able to understand where I am going with this line of thought.

Let's say SA is at his mother's house with his phone. Billie's phone is at the house in Colorado City.

I have read that text messages can be sent via the internet.

Could SA have sent a text message via the internet to ultimately appear as though it originated from Billie's phone?

If so, would Billie's phone show that text in the messages folder?

Would the text cause a ping to occur on Billie's phone for text messages that were originally sent via the internet?

Do we know for sure that there is a ping for Billie's phone for that 2pm text?

I wonder what the statistics are of a perp being the last person to see a victim? :waitasec:

Because of the above, and because of what I've read in the LE records, he's my prime suspect.

The perp is ALWAYS the last to see the victim. Right now, the prime suspect is just the last KNOWN person to see the victim.

BD called him at noon Tuesday not Monday......but yeah, we did hear he was at a friends when she called him Tuesday, that's changed.

After telling Clint how worried I was, I told him I was going to get a ride home and report Hailey missing to police. I asked him to call the P.D. and let them know that I was coming. He agreed to make the call, but for some reason he never did.

My sister-in-law gave me a ride home from Snyder to Colorado City.

I stopped at the house first to make sure Hailey hadn’t come back home, grabbed my cell phone, started texting Hailey’s friends, while my sister-in-law took me around to a couple of their houses before going to the police station.

-------------------------------

Why did she tell Clint to call the PD and tell them she was coming, when she... wasn't?

She went home to check and see if Hailey was there. Then she went around to several kids' houses.

And she wonders why he didn't call and tell them she was coming? She wasn't!!
This is one part of the story that makes sense to me. Her first instinct might've been to go straight to the police station. She hangs up the phone with CD, gives it a little more thought, and then realizes that if she had her cell phone, she could start contacting H's friends right away and get the word out quickly. In that situation, I would definitely want my cell phone. I would also be hoping that my child would've made it home by the time I got there. Stopping at a couple of friends' houses on the way to the police station seems pretty reasonable to me, as well. In the end, she did go to the police station.

Telling CD to call the police to let them know she was on her way to the station to file a report is the only thing I find odd about this scenario. That, and actually going to the station. I think that I'd just call 911. On the other hand, I might feel that I'd get a better response if I showed up in person, but I doubt I'd have someone call ahead for me. I'm not sure.

What does bother me more and more about Billie's statements is the way in which she uses every opportunity to take a jab at her ex-husband. I seriously question whether she really told CD to call the police. She threw that in there to make him look bad because he didn't call. What she's actually done is given cause for speculation and drawn attention toward herself. IMO

Living room, coveralls, broken window, couches, somebody didn't get what they wanted for Christmas (IMO, I think this because she mentioned they "pretty much" got exactly what they asked for)....what else sticks out to ya'll? Oh, trip by GM's.

The shed.

I have no idea about "why" anyone does anything. lol. I know "why" I do, but that has nothing to do with HD.

I completely understand your question. Let me text myself from the net and see what happens. lol.

ETA: And the answer is, it told me the site it came from............lol.

GRACE: But the witnesses say they don`t know if they saw them on Monday or Sunday. But here`s the question.

To Billie, had she been in school on Monday? Was she off for Christmas break?

B. DUNN: No. She was out for Christmas break.

GRACE: So it would be entirely possible for her to have been walking along with two little friends at 1:00?

B. DUNN: Yes. And Sunday I was off of work. We all stayed home on Sunday.

GRACE: So it was not Sunday that she was out walking with little friends.

B. DUNN: I don`t believe so.

wasn't Monday the day DD had to break in, cause Shawn wasn't home on Tues when HD was reported missing??? or I have it all backwards again! lol

You are right.

If you going backwards you may be heading in the right direction.:floorlaugh:

If D. Broke into the house at 4pm, made the calls for his mother, and then went to his fathers it would certainly be after 5pm which I would certainly call night.

Was it 3 or 4 that DD broke in? In December it is dark by 5:00 5:15 I'd call that night.

I have heard 3pm, 4pm and 5pm between BD and the affidavits..so who knows what the truth is..

Not me, but my experience must be different than yours and BD's. I always have to call ahead because LE is not always around at the station and half the time they forget to put the answering machine on. lol. Lord help me if I have to find the Tribal police.

Yet Clint said Hailey was at his house and there is video of her at the stores...sigh..I suppose she could have easily been at all 3..only thing is IIRC Billie seemed quite sure that she wasn't at the store that day..

We have 2 stories, BD and CD's. It's simple, one is true. One is not. We have no way of knowing which is which.......we can pick one, but we can't "know".

On a computer forum I go to they have been talking about this very thing...I have not tried it as I have to pay for my texts....but you pose interesting questions IMO.
