Does anyone think that something happened in the living room of BD's home?

It seems a lot of talk is about the living room.

DD says that he last saw Hailey playing the Xbox in the living room at 9 p.m. Why does BD say that Hailey was playing Xbox in DD's room?
SA says that when he got home on December 27th, Hailey was watching tv in the living room.
BD says that Hailey slept on the couch in the living room.
The couches in the living room have now been removed.
In an article a day or so ago, BD said something to the effect that she wishes "Hailey was back in the living room."

I am praying for an arrest soon.....

To my knowledge, CZ telling us what Billie said about SA being at his mom's on Tuesday is all we have...

aaaarrrrrghhhhhhhhhhh. I meant Monday.

Questioning a public officials comment is different than poking fun and making snarky comments. There were several posts removed.

You may question what someone's comment means. No problem with that at all. Poking fun at any person on WS is a TOS violation.

On the came down to I-20 part....I remember specifically NG talking to BD about traveling on I-20 and her saying that you wouldn't use that route.....does that ring any bells for anyone? Anyone know what night that was for NG? I don't think we had gotten to the "pulling teeth comments" by NG yet if that helps.

Yes I remember that..can't remember what night it was on NG either, but you normally wouldn't come all the way back to C-City then go to Big Spring. Unless you wanted to stop by grandma's house in Dunn.

IMO..Monday is the day that something happened to Hailey and SA had alot of time on Tuesday to do some covering up.

Isn't it quicker to just cut through instead of going to I-20?

Regarding "intelligence going backward" - is there a video of that? I transcribed a PC by PK and as we all know from listening to him, his speech is not fluent. There are a lot of pauses, restarts, etc. I'm betting he mumbled or accidentally omitted the word "from" -- "intelligence from going backward" or something to that effect.

And then we have this:

GRACE: When did you first learn she was missing?

CLINT DUNN: I seen her the day before. Later on that night, D came over -- my son came over and asked me...

BILLIE DUNN: Tuesday.

CLINT DUNN: ... or Tuesday, he came over asking me if I had seen her, if she`d came over that day. And I hadn`t.

http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1101/04/ng.01.html

And from yesterday:

http://media.reporternews.com/media/static/Billie_Dunn_Timeline.pdf

12:00pm: BD calls DD, who is at home. DD tells her that HD is not back yet, so BD tells him to text her friend and have HD come home. The friend says HD did not come over. DD calls BD back and relays this information. BD has him go to CD's house to see if HD was there. NS tells DD that HD did come over on Monday, but did not stay there. BD talks to CD, and tells him that she is leaving work to come to Colorado City and report HD missing.

She also says in her statement:

"After telling CD how worried I was, I told him I was going to get a ride home and report HD missing to the police. I asked him to call the PD and let them know I was coming. He agreed to make the call but for some reason he never did".

So, according to BD's timeline, night (when CD said he found out she was missing) is now a little after noon, and NS saw her for a "minute" and CD didn't call LE like he said he would.

Both these stories can't be true. So, which is it?

Should I bring up the change from cz's post that Billie said that NS said that she didn't remember if she saw Hailey, to now NS said she'd been over for a minute?

I snipped for length. I have to agree with you. I have kids, and you always know when they have been in the kitchen lol I was thinking about this today too, and of course, I don't think we will get any answers from BD anytime soon on any of it. Another thing I was thinking, I have a teenage daughter, now 18, but at 13, I knew when she had gone out anywhere by the looks of my bathroom, and what was on the counter (hairspray/brush/make-up), or what was not put away. Just a thought.
I hope LE asked her some of these questions in those first interviews with her.

I have a 13 year old son. He often fixes meals, sometimes he cooks our entire dinner. I have a thing about the kitchen it needs to be clean. I fully expect it to be as clean as I left it and it always is.

I find nothing strange about a 13 year old cleaning up after themselves. I wouldn't be able to tell what, if anything at all my child ate if I wasn't at home.

It was Christmastime. Perhaps Grandma had some out of town visitors?

MOO

I have always wondered if cz's report from BD that came from SA (whew...long line of she said/he said) that the cousin who was supposed to come to town for Christmas but ended up not coming is actually true or not.

Amster, I'm beginning to think that the affidavits are a figment of my imagination..I've been reading over the last hour or so and am amazed at how many have discounted, dismissed, don't believe, reworded just about everything in there...based on WHAT? As far as I can see, nothing but ASSUMPTION..or telling us what *LE meant to* or *Should have said*..and now, even some insist it's wrong based on Billie's time-line! The SAME TIME LINE that leaves out confirmed info..adds in unconfirmed and says something completely different than what she has said on prior occasions. The same time-line that LE has said does not line up with theirs in some places (but, hey what does LE know about the evidence or facts in this case?) Worst of all..the same time-line that SA ..the only named suspect ...almost certainly helped create! I don't get it..How can you say that the affidavit is incorrect in any way with NOTHING to back that up? ..:banghead:..Maybe it is..IDK..I think that LE has much more info than they did then...but I sure would like to see some proof of that by the ones that keep throwing out reasons why we should read it differently than it clearly states...

Well.....from the beginning, I've not believed one word uttered by SA or BD. No doubt in my mind that LE is pretty sure what happened. No matter what contortions are used by BD and SA to fit square pegs into round holes.

Are there any statements that have remained the same? :banghead:

How convenient that granny was either asleep or not home at 6AM or whatever time he must have been passing by...

Any one have the link handy to SA's Mom and Uncle saying SA was at his mom's Tuesday? Or does anyone know where that came from?

GRACE: I know that she was seen by neighbors around lunchtime, noon in the backyard by herself, talking on a cell phone, right?

DUNN: Right. And I`m guessing the police would have asked that same neighbor, was my car here yet? Was Shawn home yet? They`ve talked to his mom and an uncle who stopped by his mom`s house saying that he was there. The police have never told me — well, they said Shawn came home earlier than that or —

But isn't that Monday...? Or am I confused? :waitasec:

I know that route... the shortest way would be thru Hwy 87. From Snyder to Big Spring is about 50 males. Snyder.. 25 miles.. Ccity.. 40 miles.. Big Spring. These are approximate.

You have trained him well then lol

But even if he has cleaned up after himself, you mean you wouldn't have noticed a wrapper or left overs or anything like that in the garbage?? I have gone to throw something in the garbage and have seen something and wonder to myself 'hmmm who ate that' I dunno, maybe it's just me, I notice those things.
