Anyone else feel like we are being asked to play the *WHICH IS IT* game?

BD and SA verses LE and just about everyone else..Who's telling the truth? Which Is It?

I'm tired of playing, there is a precious child that DID NOT just vanish...SA knows exactly what happened to Hailey imo..and because I like WS..I'm just gonna say that I don't know what Billie's problem is...

Somewhere I read that there are two choices here because of the inconsistantcies
1) The police are lying or are wrong
2) Billie is lying or is wrong

She also says in her statement:

"After telling CD how worried I was, I told him I was going to get a ride home and report HD missing to the police. I asked him to call the PD and let them know I was coming. He agreed to make the call but for some reason he never did".

So, according to BD's timeline, night (when CD said he found out she was missing) is now a little after noon, and NS saw her for a "minute" and CD didn't call LE like he said he would.

Both these stories can't be true. So, which is it?

My husband of 17 years has an exwife that is Borderline Personality Disordered, medically diagnosed and treated, sometimes with hospitalization.
She is histrionic, demands attention, is grandiose, and utilizes every opportunity to issue orders to people.

Back when I listened to the 911 t-shirt/at-it-all-day tape, I thought it sounded just like my husband's exwife during her more 'sedate' episodes when she knows she is being watched or recorded: fairly reasonable tone of voice but totally unreasonable demands without any sense of how unreasonable she is.

When Billie pointed out that she had asked CD to call and announce her imminent arrival to LE but for 'some reason he did not', I wondered what the tone of that discussion really was. Maybe he rolled his eyes and said "drama queen" AGAIN! Maybe he thought it screwy she was being so dramatic about this minor lapse when her lifestyle routinely allowed Hailey to be wherever/whenever. Maybe he figured by the time Billie got home, Hailey would be back, or would come home to his house. Maybe he sniffed hinkiness and just knew not to get drawn into the dramatics/scheme.

Including this incident in the prepared statement has to have SOME purpose for BD.

I have a troubling concern that she and SA may have been enraged at Hailey for her wanting to live with her father and did what too many sick and self-involved parents do: "if I can't have her, he's certainly not going to", and then came up with a strategy that they thought would hang Clint for the disappearance.

She's just working so danged HARD to keep pointing in CD's direction AND keeps defending SA at the same time. :waitasec:

Gotta wonder how much a new document release would create a newly tweaked timeline....

I know SA is lawyered up (and innocent or not I am a firm believer that if you are the prime suspect in a missing child case you should get an attorney asap, so I don't consider that a sign of guilt personally)...

but is he talking to LE with his attorney present? Or have they gone the completely silent route?

The sleeping in the living room thing sets my spidey senses off I have to say. Is this relatively new for Hailey? Totals speculation on my part but if it is relatively new I do have to wonder if she was attempting to stay in public locations of the house. If you are being molested you come up with all sorts of ways to avoid the opportunities.

Could be something innocent, but the strife, the staying at dads more often, dad telling her if she comes home she can live anywhere she wants, sleeping on the couch....

Didn't someone say that HD had told them SA watched her from her bedroom doorway while she was sleeping? Did I dream that?

Living room, coveralls, broken window, couches, somebody didn't get what they wanted for Christmas (IMO, I think this because she mentioned they "pretty much" got exactly what they asked for)....what else sticks out to ya'll? Oh, trip by GM's.

Nobody describes Hailey leaving the house. That REALLY bothers me. It's a short, seemingly memorized story, seemingly repeated by rote, in which she never exits the house/living room.

The 1pm time that changed to 3pm, coupled with the lack of a time on the call from Shawn saying Hailey had left, coupled with him deleting a phone call to Billie.

How convenient that granny was either asleep or not home at 6AM or whatever time he must have been passing by...

This was his mom IIRC no answer at the door.....he had no key?
Is she afraid of him? or does she work?

IMO she was taken out during the night when it was dark and everyone was asleep.

On the call from SA telling her BD had gone to spend the night, didn't BD say on one of the first NG's that he told her when they got home?

I just read that also, not sure if true,I don't know how to get into bookings around there,it's so easy in Florida for bookings.Maybe a local can verify with any news there.

I looked on Vinelink and nada.

Unless you guys find an arrest record somewhere, let's keep this off the board. Thanks!

You should be able to call the County Jail in each town and they will verify an arrest , but you get no details, unless the laws have changed. IDK

bbm

That's what I remember hearing or reading early on - that SA told BD about the *sleepover* AFTER they got home on Monday night.

I looked for it last night, but I got tired & gave up.
