How do you know this?

I know this by talking with Billie and[DD]. Also by seeing Christmas pictures.

I realize that many people here think that my main agenda is to clear Billie's name. While it is my firm, personal belief that Billie has nothing to do with Hailey's disappearance or any 'cover up', my goal is for Hailey to be found. Safely, by God's grace.

I would not continue to return here only for Billie. I do not know anyone here (save a couple of locals), and in the grand scheme of things, it really does not matter what anyone thinks of Billie.

So, we are to believe that BD told LE and oh by the way we purchased some illegal drugs. Just wanted to let you know that. I tend to believe BD when she says she did not tell them that. What would be the point to admit to an illegal drug purchase?? jmo

Yes-- I do believe BD did tell LE that because it was the truth and she was scared and wanted them to find her daughter. I go further to speculate that it did not dawn on BD at that time that LE would write this down in affidavits that would eventually be made public. Once they were out in the public eye, BD had to deny that she told LE this or else she would probably lose her job. THIS IS JUST SPECULATION-- MOO.

I think LE should be on top of the Super Bowl area this week and this weekend, making sure the police out there are aware of Hailey and make up a poster, ASAP, of what Hailey would look like with various hair colorings, in case she was abducted for sexual purposes, as the Super Bowl tends to be among the larger venues for prostitution and illegal sex. If anyone took Hailey and she is outside of the immediate area, it is likely her appearance has been changed.
I did e-mail this suggestion to CCPD, FWIW.

According to Billie, she assumed that Shawn came home at 1 that day and that is what she told LE. Later on she learned from Shawn that he came home at 3 that day instead. I believe this was talked about on NG.

IMHO both NG and MK have abandoned this case. Watching NG this week, she hasn't said boo - nor has MK (that I know of). Sad state of affairs for BD, as it could have been so different. She could be losing what little support she had very quickly.

There is no way I believe LE would risk this case by putting something on an affidavit that is not true. No way, no how.

Me neither!!!..and it's not just one thing that people dispute as being worded wrong, embellished, etc. it's every dang thing! Granted, some of it may be what was told to LE by others..rather than BD and SA..but who's to say that it's not true when we don't even know who said what! What's even more surprising to me is that how many choose to believe BD and SA over LE..and not just one LE officer..because I feel sure there was more than one officer involved in questioning different witnesses. You know what they call that don't you? ..*A CONSPIRACY*..So to believe that LE officers lied or twisted everything in this affidavit, which btw is sure to be gone over with a fine tooth comb at a trial ..is to believe that there was a conspiracy to pin this crime on them..or at least SA..:floorlaugh:....


As far as the NYE party/dinner/consoling (whatever it was) IIRC Clint said that at least SA and BD park in the back and he can't even see if they are home or not...Maybe BD's company did too..If so, how is CD even going to know how many cars were even there..much less whether or not it was a "party"..And as far as no witnesses coming forward to say that it was..that's true, but if it was all family as BD says, why have none of them have come forward to deny it either? Tell you what I think..I don't think any of them want any part of this charade ..<MOO

So, let me just ask the hard question: Is Billie really trusting Shawn completely on this fact, even though he clearly was lying to her about other things at the same time? And, yes, I would call the 'omission' of his having quit his job a lie at a time like that with a LIFE at stake.

I find it odd that SA was at his momma's house according to BD's timeline. Why? What was he doing during that time? Most adult men tend not to hang out with momma -- especially on the day they quit/left/fired/walked out from their job.

Wonder if this was a pattern for him?

Hailey has 2 grandmothers who haven't seen her since Christmas. They say they won't stop hoping and praying until she's found.
