Is anyone feeling that are going to start winding down? Talking of cost and offering a grief councelor. I hope they don't call off the searching.

My heart stopped... I thought you meant Hailey at first, until I read the article and saw it was Billie.

Oh,I'm so sorry,I didn't even think about that.I should have put more of the article in that.

This report says LE took "one of BD's cars"....how many does she have? Maybe DD has a car? And the x-box....it doesn't say x-box live. Could be an old one. If new, could belong to SA.

I wondered about that too. Perhaps she has another car there that doesn't run so it couldn't have been used recently?

And the X-Box could be an old one and maybe they're checking it to see if any games were played that day to try to establish when people were home? Although I thought those could be hooked up to internet too. :waitasec:

Where are you Hailey?

These missing persons cases make me so sad and I couldn't imagine being a parent and experiencing your child missing. Add to the fact that this poor woman, BD, probably has many thoughts going through her head about her BF as well.

I've learned in a number of cases throughout the years to not jump to any conclusions on whom might be responsible. However, the last person to have seen the missing person is often the person responsible.

Thinking about it, no one saw Hailey walk to her friend's house, down the street, or anywhere after noon that day or most importantly, after 3:15 p.m. when the BF says that she left. I know it's a small town but in a small town, more familiar faces and more people are observant to the goings-on of others...IMO

I bet the grief counselor is for two things: to help her now b/c having a child missing has alot of grief associated with it alone, and also to prepare her for the worst and to be sure that she already has a support/contact in place if needed.

XBOX Live gives you the ability to hook up to the internet. We have it on ours and in fact my son was on FB the other night on it. I monitor it very closely with my kids and in fact it's in the living room. We stream netflix on it too.

There was just a story in California where a woman met a 13 year old on xbox live and flew to where he was,had a relationship with him.So I thought that was interesting they took the Xbox live. You just never know who kids meet on there.

reportedly BD gave LE a STATEMENT...........
and she was given a chanse to talk to a GRIEF counselor..........

How long was she there???

She left just before 6,they said and I guess she just got home.

I believe CD said she stayed Christmas night and the 26th,so if she went back home Monday morning, was seen at 12:30 in the yard,BD had her son text the friend Tuesday morning. So not sure when she last saw her.

That has been what is MSM. So... with that, if we remove the neighbor, who was the last person to see Hailey? Did Mom or brother her see her the morning of the 27th when she came home from her Dad's?

Well I have an old one here and I always thought that it could be hooked up to the internet although it's never been done. Perhaps I am mistaken. :waitasec:

Well, no one else admits to having seen Hailey after 3:15PM...I mean couldn't SA have just said he never saw Hailey that day, if he needed to lie? Who was around to contradict him?

The X box live does connect to the internet. My almost 17 year old son plays games with his friends while they are all at their own homes and they talk directly back and forth. It is sort of freaky to hear them laughing and talking back and forth as if they are in the same room!!!! But then again, my supply of soft drinks and snacks lasts longer when they aren't actually HERE playing!!! On the other hand.....they also play with people in other states and even other COUNTRIES on a regular basis. They use screen names and don't share personal information, but that would certainly be possible to do if a player was not wise enough to refrain from sharing that info.

All I know is an article said he was in and out that day.BD said he got home around 5pm.But Patty has the NG videos on youtube and BD might have told that earlier.

Scared as I knew you meant Billie... wonder what that means with my thoughts not being Hailey??? :(

and the emotional part of losing SA after all she did/does still have feeling for him and guilt feelings.................very sad her whole world upside down.

IMO would depend on those phone records no one will talk about!

BBM
all she has to do is say no, I need sleep right now..if that's what she wants

Then everyone will say "What is she doing sleeping when her daughter is missing?." I agree she needs to lawyer up and let a professional lead her through the process to ensure her rights are being handled. She can't keep fighting trying to get thibngs done by trial and error. It loses time. She needs an advocate to repressent her.

LE is not the enemy, they put thier lives on the life everyday for all of us.If they say people aren't telling the truth and LE knows they aren't,they'll keep asking until they get the answers. They're not looking to frame anyone, they're looking for a little girl who should not have been out on her own in the first place.

You are so right, the TX rangers, FBI, SS all there!
Tey have experienced this crime before.

wonder what kind of statement BD had to write????
