My hubby and i continued to live in hud housing even after both obtaining jobs (it was a nice secure place for a few months to get enough for first months rent and deposit for another place), and our rent just went up based upon a percentage of that months income.

I lived on HUD while in my 6th year of college, I wish I would have thought about it a couple of years before... Nonetheless, it was nice for a year... after graduation my income increased and I was kicked off that first month after increase. Actually, I failed to report the income increase for two weeks and had to pay back a portion... MY BAD! You gotta watch out.

From day one you look at the person who saw her last, that would be the BF, you get his so called timeline, then work it. BF said he drove the mom to work right? If so, LE should have done their first search, from MOM's home to her work, then they search where the BF said he went next. The other patrols could have been canvasing the immediate area around her house while LE more experienced search the areas I stated above.

If I was LE (I not) I would search from the home to BF Mom house that where he went after he got fire. Did he stop at home and than go to his mom or did he go right to his mom. I want to say he stop at the house first.

Right. Why wouldn't Clint's gf remember seeing her bf's daughter the day after Christmas? That's just odd imo.

BO's bf and BO herself said Hailey was going to her dad's and then to spend the night with so and so.

Then Hailey's friends mom said Hailey never spent the night there. :waitasec:

Then some friend of Hailey's said she saw Hailey and someone she didn't recognize?

No wonder LE is having a hard time finding her.

The longer she's gone, the more I'm leaning towards Hailey connecting with someone on the net....a RSO who talked her into meeting him and spending the night. And that thought makes me want to :sick:.

I don't read much into that myself really because ...apparently Hailey was used to going back and forth at will. (which imo is the best possible scenario for any child if it's possible)..It's Christmas time when things have been hectic and everyone's tired ..a new baby in the house, the days can easily run together (mine do at times :crazy and of course never dreaming that she would ever NEED to know that info..JMHO tho

Wasn't it just the BF that reported that Hailey had told him that she was going to her dads and then to the friends? Billie just heard that from him unless I'm mistaken..:waitasec:..

I asked Billie about this several days ago. She remembers that Hailey was looking for it a few days before Christmas, but does not know if she found it.

that struck me odd sorry. But most kids here would just be flipping out if they lost their i pod or cell phone.

So it wasn't found in the search of the home?

I don't quite understand it either unless they are seeing it as TES is usually search and recovery and they are still in search and rescue mode?

I read a few pages back that the family asked TES to help look for Hailey. Does TES have to wait to LE to ok them to go to certain areas? I don't have a clue how that's suppose to work.

I thought Clint had told Nancy Grace that Hailey stayed over on Christmas night and the next night (26th), which means the gf would have to have seen her the morning of the 27th before Hailey headed back to her house.

I want to know what all the neighbors saw?

I wish the le would give us some info... they do seem to be holding it all close to the vest and there is a missing child out there. Don't they normally start releasing info by now?

in regard to the question, I think it was presented to myself.
Yes I have taken a poly. when I was younger and worked in retial. At 6 month intervals they tested all employees to make sure of no theft from store.

Yes they did tell me after. The guy giving the poly I ,"He told me after it "dont worry you did fine" and that the only time the meter acted up is when I coughed.

Dont know what bearing that has but I answed since you asked.

*actually I do see where it has bearing* due to when I returned to work they did tell me the results and I told them I all ready knew them*
It was stressful just to sit there and be asked questions.. wasnt fun

Its amazing what you learn when you start digging around. I was checking the places I know who help you when your down, like, Catholic Charities, then I went into the Salvation Army site and they actually do 'missing person'. Well a little anyway.

I agree with all who said it really would not have mattered if Billie found out Monday night that Hailey never made it to MB's vs the next afternoon cos I'm pretty sure LE would've been even less concerned & more likely to believe she either 'ran away' or was simply pulling an 'all-nighter'..IOW! The searches would not have began any sooner then they did so Billie should try to let go of the guilt she feels for not calling MB's that night..I know she probably won't tho

I think Dad's g/f should get a poly cos I'm with everyone else who can't understand why she can't recall IF Hailey showed up that day..It's very important to the timeline & the word of SA who claims she said that was her plan..I'd even think of hypnosis at this point that's how much this matters. (I see now Cluciano already mentioned this above..GMTA!)

I so wish Hailey had a cell phone with her so LE could use 'pings' to help them in their investigation & search.

I believe you can make a one-time payment thru PayPal with a credit/debit card vs providing a bank account which has to be verified.

This case reminds me somewhat of Amber D..There were basically no clues to go on when she disappeared on her way to school..As it turned out she wasn't walking on the main road but a back road/short cut..It wasn't until the perp confessed that they learned exactly where she was at the time of her abduction..It was also the first time her parents had learned of her taking this route..Her step-dad was also the last one to see her & many were immediately suspicious of him including LE..It got to the point the mom had her doubts so she eventually kicked him out of the house & her life..When the truth/facts came out her husband forgave her for thinking he could've harmed Amber & they reunited.

This is what I hope will happen for Billie & SA along with finding an 'alive' Hailey..I'm not naive enough to believe there will be this kind of happy ending but miracles do happen!

That is what I thought and a friend told me her nephew loses his all the time.
You go figure... I know my daughters never lose theirs. They are stuck to them like warts

I don't know if he has posted but I have seen that he changed his profile pic to include him, Hailey, DD and BD.

That new lawyer's first job will be to try to reform SA's image in the public eye. I'm betting we start seeing him dressing more mainstream, playing out in the front yard with any neices, nephews or pets etc.

If things get really hot who wants to bet they'll try to find a drug rehab center who doesn't mind taking him in. Plenty of people have used drug rehab to hide out from media or cops; drug problem or not. That will be hard to do without insurance, but I'll bet he didn't have rehab in mind when he quit/gotfired/senthomeearly from his job.

I agree with you completely...and I am a lot older and more prone to forgetfulness than CD's girlfriend probably is.

Particularly when both CD and BD have said that HD was over at CD's house EVERY day -- sometimes multiple times per day. If she did NOT come over, don't you think that it should stand out in your memory? That has struck me as odd from the beginning.


I think that they need to give anyone remotely close to the family a poly at this point (as long as it is handled better than the last round of polys).

What's her favorite things to do?
What color did she love? Pink was all over her room.
Did she have a boy crush?

I don't get a lot of "gut feelings" about cases I follow, but something about this one is giving me a gut feeling. I think LE knows a lot more than they are letting on, and that is precisely why they are not giving us more information or allowing TES to come in and search. I can not say that I am a lover or a hater or TES, I believe that they are another valuable resource, like many others. But there are already I believe 12 agencies involved in this case at last count, including the Secret Service. To me, that means something is up with this case. And Hailey will be home soon.
