Colorado City police trying to determine if teenage girl was murdered
“Kenneth Ray Green and Amanda Harkins were charged with tampering with evidence. Police say the pair changed Haley’s clothes and moved her body.

Nick Rodriguez was charged with assaulting Haley three days before her body was found.”

Poor girl, she was staying with relatives and acquaintances after her mom went to jail. Colorado City police are “trying to determine if it was murder.”

Gorgeous, sweet girl. She's sooo young. Then you look at them three? What happened?

If it was an OD why change her clothing? Not condoning, but if it was an OD I could see moving her body. I would understand that.

Poor kid. Got a bad roster, and then this happens.
