I’m wondering the same thing. If they’ve stated who already, I must have overlooked it.

I hope he is found safe and soon!
There is so much information being thrown out there and some of it contradicting itself. It’s hard to get a true timeline of events. I hate that for Cody & the family.

I could be wrong, but I’d go back to his boss and coworkers and try to make sense of the info they’ve given, what was the context of the events up to Cody disappearing. Based on what we’ve been given in the media, etc, something just doesn’t sit right with me when it comes to his boss, coworkers, & what was happening at that time. I’m not saying they did anything wrong, but there’s something off...

@mlhenn couldn’t agree with you more. Maybe the coworkers/boss could shed some light on his thinking that day.

I would like to see the crew he was with that day reinterviewed, to see if clarity as to state of mind, true sequence of events, etc could be refined.

@Iris Banuelos - continued thoughts for HR as well as all of you who love him.

Maybe the confusion he experienced is the reason he cannot be located.

I hope he is found soon.

What we currently know. If I get in trouble for posting this. I guess I get in trouble.
Hamil was reported missing to the ECSD on the 10th of November. The phone call that was made from the witness's phone was made to a family member. It was late so family member was asleep.

Since the location of his last whereabouts is not Ector County, MCSD took over the case once Ector County released it to them. Which took a bit.

A few of us got together and formed a search party and went to the location he was last reported seen by the crew hauler on the 16th of November. We found nothing, and I still believe the location that was given could be wrong.

Later on that day the crew hauler gave a family member permission to come to his house to pick up Hamil's belongings. We were greeted by the crew hauler and a gun. Sheriff's department was called. I guess the crew hauler felt threatened since we had around ten to fifteen people with us at the time. We had no malicious intent. We just wanted to get his belongings and then planned on reconvening to plan our next move with searching. That did not happen. We all so learned that Hamil had recently broken up with his girlfriend however, that wouldn't be the first time that had happened. They were off and on a lot.

The case was turned over to the MCSD on the 19th I believe.

Crew and Crew hauler has been interviewed. The interview gave no new information.

We continue to work and search with the MCSD. They're working really hard on this case.
This is quite a mystery for sure!

IMO. I would like to know if Hamil’s disappearance coincided with a payday? Would he be carrying cash?
I imagine this is very difficult for his loved ones when there a so many versions of his disappearance
May he be home with his family soon!

Yea I posted that on the Hamil page yesterday because we do not want people to forget the case. I will update you guys if we get any new information. Of course, I am waiting to be a verified insider. A comment of mine was deleted already because I am not considered a verified insider yet. I do run the Bring Hamil Home page, and I am in constant contact with a family member who is my best friend.
