I'm not a pessimist but after this length of time, I suspect the worst. I still hope I'm utterly wrong and they are alive but I think that's wishful thinking. Two scenarios come to mind:

1) Someone killed HB in a fit or severely injured her, perhaps not intending to and was left with a screaming hungry baby. If she was breastfed, trust me, switching them to the bottle isn't easy. You can fill in the rest.
OR
2) Someone killed the baby in a fit or severely injured her, perhaps not intending to, and was left with a raging mother. You can fill in the rest.

I do not know who this person is, yet, so it's all just MOO.

I was leaning toward someone hurting H, maybe in a fit a rage, while she was holding the baby. The baby may have been hurt, also, unintentionally?

What about the 3rd older child, does she/he go to the same school as the 6 year old? Who picks her/him up normally since the couple was raising her too? Presumably attends a different school because the 6 year old only was stated to be left at the school /daycare? Is the mother of that child in the picture?

The framed photo is at 00:55 in this video. That's Heidi Broussard (mother) in the photo, I believe.

Did anyone else catch "she won't be in trouble"?
IMO he said/means; whoever took them won't be in trouble if they drop them off. "You won't be in trouble". MOO

Quite possibly that as well. Of course, we don't know much at this point and there are other possibilities. I have no doubt LE are well on their way to putting the pieces together to determine what happened to Heidi and the baby. I wish I could muster some hope, but I can't :(

It's been gorgeous here - warm and sunny. (I live a few miles from the apartments)

Has a search warrant been issued and their apartment searched?

Sorry if I missed it, coming in late.

I need to look and see if the complex has W/D hookups in the apartment or laundry rooms. Some thing could have happened to her going to or from? Grasping for alternatives ...

It's very strange. They live in an apartment, close to other tenants. No-one saw anything, stranger, out of place people, Heidi herself? Granted, tenants were mostly at work I'd think. I can't see at this point that Heidi was forced out of her apartment. And she would have closed the door if she had gone over to another tenant for a visit.
Leaning to her having been lured out, maybe for a supposedly brief moment. Or, she left on her own to a women's shelter, due to whatever fear. (doubt this though)

I read that dogs were seen going into the apartment, though that was a comment on a missing page I think. Not sure.

It does state on the website that there are W/D in the apartment.

He may have meant that but it’s clear as day to me that he said “she won’t be in any trouble”.

No clue. One of our posters lives in the area and posted photos of full, unguarded dumpsters at Heidi’s complex and noted people just hanging around drinking beer at 10:30 am at the complex and no police presence.

That would be the first place I’d damn well look. So many victims of crime have been dumped in the trash and many not found due to transport to massive landfills.

Maybe they did see or hear something but LE isn’t telling us or anyone else.

In the video I swear I hear the reporter at the beginning say his fiancee was dropping HIS son off at school. That's the child they share that isn't hers biologically I think.

Very confusing. I know son is 6. Baby is 3 weeks (now). Framed photo in video shows an older little girl, along with the son.
His daughter from first marriage.
