Not a lot of info or detail on this case, but could this be Joyce Lynn Dupont? She went missing in Lake Charles a few months before and has a tattoo of 'D' on her arm, 'D' could easily be mistaken for 'P' if it was in a fancy font.

It's not listed as a distinctive feature, but she appears to have right-angle shaped scar almost under her left ear.
