The woman who shot a masturbating bicyclist attempting to break into her southeast Houston home Tuesday will not be charged, authorities said Wednesday.

The man she shot, however, is now facing charges of trespassing, indecent exposure and failure to identify after his violent encounter with the 69-year-old gun-toting homeowner.

He was out on bond for a separate exposure charge from about a week ago, Crowson said. He was arrested after allegedly walking naked along Bellfort Avenue in southeast Houston, Crowson said.
