Ah, as was I! She was the first person I thought of: The hair and general facial structure looks similar.

At least we know Tammy might be remembered by members of the choir perhaps? We don't even know if this Tammy is alive.

her name is not Tammy. Her name is Kimberly S Doss and that is confirmed by her family. She has a striking resemblance to jane doe walker county. And the same necklace. Kimberly S doss has the wrong info with her name on the internet that is why she was excluded. If you look up the facts confirmed by her family she became missing in 1980. This cant be just a coincidence it all adds up and they look exactly a like most importantly the necklace.

But wouldn't a tooth gap be mentioned in WCJD's autopsy?
