Truthfully, when I see the morgue photos, my first thought is always that she looks Vietnamese. I don't think she is, but that's what the wide eyes and tiny chin remind me of.

I agree with some others that this photo shows a younger more delicate looking female than the newest reconstruction photo. I can only imagine what a challenge it is to capture a victims true likeness from an autopsy photo not to mention the challenge of seeing past the swelling caused by the beating this poor child endured.

To me, the new reconstruction does not look like the little girl in the morgue, especially with the light hair. I think Carl's picture captures the youth and the features of this young lady. I remember him mentioning possibily Native American. That memory was triggered by the article about the serial killer. There was a picture of a Native American girl in his truck that I thought resembled this girl except her hair was very black, longer, and she was probably older; however, the thought of Native American made me think of Livingston, TX where there is still an Indian reservation and some of the Indians there have intermarried with whites. It is only 42 miles from Livingston to Huntville going across Hwy 190 which connects Hwy 59 and IH45, two major trucking routes. It's a thought, but in new autopsy photo really makes me think there is some Native American.

The PM photo and Mulcahy both appear to show a small dimple in the chin.

I also agree that the new recon photo looks older than what our UID probably was. The girl in the recon photo looks like an adult.

It begs the questions: Why is that information in NamUS? Why aren't they cleaning house,so to speak? I am not referring only to the misinformation but to those who tell me directly "That's not my job - I enter what is given me." **this is a true statement with written communication to back it up

Is the current state of chaos really what Mr. Eisenburg had in mind with this consolidated data base?

Anyone can enter data and sit back and wait for a match up with another data base. That match will never come for those cases which are misrepresented and continue to be nothing more than another case file number.

I hope it is not against the rules to present problem areas as we discover them. How else can we figure out a way around them if we are not aware?

To add: Thanks to all who are bringing new information and photo renditions. These can be subjective but putting these reconstructions all together just may be a huge factor in determining the outcome of this case.

I keep going back to thinking she is Tina Kemp. There is just something with the eyebrows that make me go there.

Look at the eyebrows in the other picture of Tina and compare it to this postmortem-picture, that is what I get the strongest sense of recognition from. None of the other facial features seem off either which I often think when I see other possible matches.

Do anyone know if Tina Kemp has been officially suggested to the police? I live in Sweden so I hesitate to contact them because I fear they will believe I am a crazy person. I have never had a stronger feeling that a unidentified could be a certain person than this. It might not be her but if it isn't I would like to know for sure.

Tina has blue eyes; Doe has hazel. However, I don't know if it's the pixels on the photos or the touch up on Doe, if you look at the first photo on Doe Network, Tina's face seems to have these little stipples, like freckles or scars. When you look at a close up of Doe's skin, she has it too.

Here is a link to the Charley Project on Tina Kemp. I think the picture of Tina that is on the post above where she is younger, I would guess 11 or 12 years of age, looks more like our Walker County Doe; however, when she went missing at 14 years, I do not think that she resemembles WC Doe. She has very strong freckles, but mostly it is the way they look and dress. Tina Kemp does not look as delicate as our WC Doe at the time she went missing. She seems to be and dress very tomboyishly. When she went missing she was wearing a flannel shirt and boys tennis shoes. WC Doe had strapped sandels near her body and pink toe nail polish...a girly, girl. Tina Kemp went missing Feb 3, 1979 and WC Doe was found on Nov. 1, 1980 after only having been dead for 6 hours. That would have required Tina to stay alive for 1 year and 9 months, and have been able to have the ability to keep herself that fixed up while on the run.

I would not be surprised to find this case to be like our little red-head where the missing girl is not in the databases.

This technically wouldn't be a rule-out, but it would make her very unlikely to be a match.

The only way for her to be a match would have been if she had dental work done after her disappearance, or if she went to a dentist unbeknownst to her family.

Or the family didn't remember correctly. If Tina's family didn't take their children regularly to the dentist they might have said "I don't think we ever took Tina to a dentist" to the police who entered "No dentals, never been to dentist" or something like that. I agree this a problem but I don't think this is such a big problem that she shouldn't be looked into thoroughly.

Is there anyone who has sent her in? I am sorry for nagging, but if not I will look into contacting the police myself even if they think I am crazy. I feel I fail this person if Tina isn't at least suggested. She deserves her name regardless of who she is.

Also, Tina has a complete DNA profile in CODIS. She has several sisters and parents who are still alive and all have submitted FRS's. If she was a match, CODIS certainly would have caught it.
