Nope. Those cases have no logical bearing at all on this one.

We've seen this exact same scenario occur multiple times recently:

A car is found crashed.

The victim is nowhere to be found.

The victim is ultimately found deceased some time later.

All of them were unfortunate accidents.

The facts here do not support foul play in any way.
