It's not Jason.
However, our collective prayers and positive thoughts went out into the universe en masse.
That in itself is another push to bring Jason home.
Keep the faith.

And let's hope NY Man is identified soon and fully recovers.

From the video, PI believes a 3rd party may be involved. I don't see a third party leaving all of Jason's valuables behind -- including the weed. MOO
Some people are just plain mean and don't need a reason other than that to kill. It's sad but true.

In the last thread there was a link to pictures on the Sheriff's website. They were indeed incredibly creepy. What was I looking at?

How is that show? Worth checking out? I imagine it's like Disappeared.
Yes, I would compare it to Disappeared. It hits the high points, gives the family a chance to speak up and shows lots of photos of the missing, which I think is great. Disappeared is probably why I am on this forum.

That never even looked like Jason. I understand wanting to find answers, but let's also try to keep perspective.

IDK about that. That man's face was swollen due to his condition so that made the resemblence somewhat off. I think if we were to see another photo of that man without his face being swollen he might have a strong resemblance to Jason. I thought he did.

I don't think that discussion started here at WS. It seemed to me that they were already investigating the possibility and it was brought here. Once the man was id'd the speculation stopped. I say leave no stone unturned and I saw enough similar features to warrant asking the question, with all due respect.
