I believe the Sedal tablets are likely manufactured in Mexico, through Merck. Most of what I see on google are tablets for minor pain, swelling - like acetominophen/Tylenol.

Poor teenager. I wonder if he was travelling alone. I hope he did not die alone and will be identified soon.

I appreciate the attention to documenting his clothing.
