I am wondering what took so long to issue Amber alert? I think the amber alert system is flawed. They need to determine way before 72 hours the status. The first few hours are the most important. I as a citizen much rather look for someone and it be a false alarm rather than it be too late.
I have several and I mean several questions on this..
Who called the mother, the phone records can be obtained. If it was a place of business especially.
Did Johnathan have a cell phone that he used?
Why if the step father at home why did Jonathan need a babysitter?
Was it a man, woman or CHILD that called the job..whomever took the call had to of known at least that much... I am assuming it was not Johnathan due to the fact that I think he would of said on the call can I talk to my "mom"... it seems that someone called trying to warn her of somthing then backed out as if didnt want to get involved?? (perhaps a possible reason for the hand up call at work) Maybe they got scared and hung up OR the phone was hung up FOR them
What kind of neighborhood is it?? I live in a decent place however if a 12 year old is walking around with a video game at christmas there are bad kids in my neighborhood who may certainly try and take it from him, confront him, argue and perhaps lead to a murder. Thefts are rampid around Christmas... I dont know why this senario keeps popping into my mind, but there was the Maddie Clifton case here in Florida years ago and the neighbor did it, then there was the case of Eric Smith the little 13 year old that killed neighbor for no apparent reason back in I think 1994.
Does anyone else have a suspision of neighborhood kids??
If I were LE I would deffinatly consider it strongly. The kids are out of school and if it was at an apartment complex then they are out and about as most kids are.
Please comment as to your thoughts on a kid in the neighborhood.
I just get a very bad feeling that if he was ADD/ADHD he may have all ready had some kids in neighborhood that perhaps treated him differently due to the fact that my daughter has adhd and she is a little emotional, loud, and sensitive with children in the neighborhood.. and being that a child with add/adhd will in fact most likley not be so passive if a kid confronted him with the game... if hyperactivity was part of the add/adhd then if confronted with a senario where someone told him to give the game to them.. he most likley would put up a fuss not to do it.. (just my expierence with add/adhd)
Please comment on as if this seems reasonable as a possible senario?
I pray that he is safe, however any child missing I normally hope for the best but look at the reality..this just doesnt look good.
