I absolutely agree that LE has more than the look in her eyes. I hope you don't mind me joining the discussion. I mostly hang out at Courttv/InSession but there isn't much discussion over there and this case has just stunned me. I'm more of a reader than a poster but I hope my occasional comments/questions will be tolerated. :)

Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!! Please jump in here, the more the better! It is a stunner.

Mine did.

weird. I wonder if it's hit or miss, I had stayed away because of the virus thing, and then said oh to heck with it, i have virus software lol

  • #203
Maybe this has been brought up before...sorry if I've missed it...these threads have gone soooo fast.

Maybe MN had "fresh" burn marks on her fingers/hands/arms or legs? And that's another link to the evidence?

Or maybe clothes she changed out of (if she wasn't wearing welding gear)

  • #204
Mine didn't say it blocked anything and I have AVG and Mcafee

IIRC, someone said that the virus is actually attached to an ad on her page, so it's a hit or miss with the virus when you go to her page depending which ad is up at the time. does that make sense?

Warning Grapic

Can you imagine the stench on the clothes that she was wearing while doing that, if the smell lingered around the carpet I can only imagine how bad the clothes would have smelled.

It would be interesting to see if LE has went thru the video from 6PM Friday till the tip was called in to see if IMN truck was seen around the area where she dumped his body during that time, my guess is Yes if she was willing to go to AD home on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, well then that is one messed up person.

ITA - what if she was seen in that truck driving "there" (can't even type it) more than once? Just to looky-loo.

ETA - Sorry! didn't know others had already posted the same thing.

I would have thought the smell would have been throughout the entire residence

Jump right on in glad to have you, all discussion is welcome.
TY! I tend to be up and down a lot ...(multitasking) so my thoughts and comments are frequently behind the discussion or late in replying...but if you can put up with me, I would be very happy to be here.

I know they have a pretty clear cut case but I am very surprised that they searched her house based on her consent instead of getting a search warrant. The video was enough for probable cause.

And already charging her with a capital crime when they don't seem to know the cause of death, dna cannot be back. The 180 days for a speedy trial if she ends up with an attorney that thinks it is is worth the risk to say no delays- lets go... that clock is ticking.

I know Texas does things their own way, and I tend to like that approach in general. But a couple of these issues seem reckless for no real gain.

No kidding! A burned bag of microwave popcorn can be smelled outside of my house (that totally needs more insulation).

*No offense meant by my statement about the popcorn it was just the strongest smell i could think of....*

There is a comment on my YouTube channel by an "alleged" local living in Houston. It's not so much that it is an "alledged" local's comment but more so what was written.

If you go to my video

and read "I live in houston and am a"

"The only thing missing in this house is his tan T-shirt with a guitar on it, a pair of jeans, his white sneakers and his black stuffed cat that my grandmother made him," Davis said. "There was no struggle."

A witness reported seeing a woman matching Nelson’s description pull up to Davis’ apartment in a gray or silver pickup truck near the time the threatening phone call was made.

Davis said Nelson stopped by the house later that night, saying she’d come over that morning looking for Ennamorato. Davis said Nelson told her that Jonathan had answered the door wearing no shirt, and it seemed like someone was in the house with him.

Totally bizarre thing for her to say, that Jonathan answered the door with no shirt on. I understand her saying it seemed like someone else was there - that was to deflect from herself.

But why say he had no shirt on?

BBM-I am just catching up, but I think this is a little bit of the truth some of these folks like to insert...I suspect the last time she saw him he had no shirt on. :(

I don't think it's unusual to ask for a consent to search and then if they don't get the consent they would get a search warrant.

This could very well be possible. If you recall, she was not at the "probable cause" hearing due to a "medical condition". My first thought was maybe drug or alcohol detox/withdrawal symptoms but fresh burns would definite be some pretty big evidence in my opinion.

WOW. Excellant thought.

Thanks for the welcome.

I saw some speculation that Mona called in the discovery of the body herself, but wouldn't 911 have a record of the number called from? I know there are disposable cell phones but she would have had to thrown that phone away in a hurry if she was the caller.
