But if the woman was in the act of committing a crime, why even ANSWER the phone? Which by the way is one of the reasons I don't believe the phone stuff. If you are in the middle of kidnapping a child you are not going to answer a phone.
The woman wearing a white tshirt in the video would have been in handcuffs if she was "arrested in her home:. We may be barking up the wrong tree.
ICA was charged w/ murder before Caylee was even found, much less identified....IF I remember correctly. OK, so I'm two pages behind (danged housework), I need to catch back up here.
To keep JF from making a lot of fuss.
why not a fireplace? the broom removal made me think it.What I am wondering is where on earth this fire was. I live more toward the country, so burning out here is not strange, but in the city? And the odor? Any locals want to chime in and suggest some potential places?

I'm agreeing - if this person were a suspect in the murder of this child, she'd have had on some handcuffs. That's just officer safety 101.
In one of the evidence photos posted, the cops took out a rake/broom, but a bag was covered over the rake part...I think that speaks for itself
edit...some are saying its a broom...regardless....used for the same purpose.

Can anyone else tell what it looks like they were removing from the home as evidence? Looked like burned sticks and a broom but I could be wrong.....
I don't see how answering it, asking if that's your mom and then hanging up is going to keep him from making a fuss, apparently if the calls are to be believed, he already made a fuss when he said it was an emergency.
