It's clear to me police don't believe her story that she was just asked to dispose of a container. So if police don't believe that story what makes you think the container actually exists?

I didn't say the container did exist. I merely stated what MN allegedly said to Q.

Some have speculated that if JF wasn't seen leaving the house with MN that possibly he was contained in some way.

But due to the phone records the exact time of the phone calls should be clear.

Thank goodness for phone records, or the time line would be even shakier.
I have wondered how much the content of the calls "evolved" as this case progressed. You know how events of an accident change and evolve as the witness re-tells the events, over and over? There was research done on brain/memory function, and how the embellishments actually occur, neurologically. It was quite interesting. It isnt' necessarily that people mean to change their stories, or add to them. It occurs by virtue of how our memory system and neurons function. Maybe off topic, sorry.

Somewhere back in this thread or the one previous... MN allegedly said to the activist guy by the name of Q that the step dad had asked her (MN) to get rid of a container.

That is where the container came into play. Now I'm guessing it's speculation that MN carried JF out in some kind of container and that is why MN was not seen leaving specifically with JF.

She probably used the stun gun on Jonathan rendering him unconscious and was able to put him into some kind of container to carry him out.

She may actually think she disposed of his body in a container and doesn't actually recollect how or maybe even where she left him if she was seriously drunk/on drugs at the time, which she probably was. If you have never been around a druggie/drunk, I can tell you it is amazing the motions they can go through and the things they can accomplish but then not really have a clear memory of what they did or how they did it. Sorry if that sounds confusing.

K.

I think the bigger question is how was Jonathan removed with witnesses who saw monas truck there and witnesses who gave sd an alibi yet didnt see Jonathan being removed....jmo

We don't know what gave the step-father his presumed alibi.

Whom did they publicly clear in Haleigh Cummings case to later redact?
They cleared JO in the very beginning... a year later was in the comfort of an attorney, defending himself...

no offense to AD but the context of the phone calls changed SEVERAL times...

Has it really? Or has it just been changed in MSM? I think we don't know what AD told LE regarding the phone calls and if her story to LE has changed or not. There have been alot of media errors here, so I'm leaning in that direction.

I am just remembering the step dad telling/whispering to the mom "don't give all the details" during an interview. There is some things that aren't being said and probably for good reason. Details they only want coming out in court etc...

I am going to post this over on the thread about MN possibly being involved in other murders too, but here is a comparison of MN vs the sketch of the "man" that murdered the people in February 2008 in Illinois in the Lane Bryant store. I also found evidence that MN was in Tazwell County Illinois with some sort of Code 3-112 violation from July 12, 2003. From what I can determine, Code 3-112 is some sort of "Failure to transfer license" violation when a vehicle is sold. This Mona Y. Nelson on the other thumbnail I am attaching has the same birthday (3/5/66) and had a Texas drivers license at the time of the charge in Illinois, and interestingly enough, was documented on this Illinois document as being a "Male".

Did they already suspect MN at this point? If they did, it would make sense for the SD to say that to AD.

Here are some of my unresolved questions.
1. Has anyone seen where LE took anything other than the welding torch thing (do not know the name of it) and the broom? IE: the mountain of evidence - the can - the carpet - did they collect these items?

2. 3:15 hours is maybe enough time to do all that, but would the body remain hot to the touch for a period of time and not be able to be moved?

3. What time was she back over at mom house that night?

4. If she burned him - would the smell be transferred to her? If yes, she would need a shower too in the time line.

5. Why did the officer mention greed today - certainly 20 dollars would not qualify.

I just wonder how she did do this alone in this time frame?

Please don't shoot me for asking questions!!!!

Regarding the Broom:

I watched LE taking away the rack thing and the Broom in the video posted here upthread, and I noticed that the handle on the broom was not covered with anything at all, and it appeared that it was a corn/straw style broom on the bottom, and it was bagged.

I am thinking (and hoping), that the broom was used to "clean up" debris ( :( ) and that there is evidence on the bristles of the broom, because the stick itself was not covered.

i soooo agree about the media reports of... but they have changed coming from her within her interviews and from what LE later added there were threats... even though im thinkin that might have been at the request of LE...jmo

These pictures are uncanny, and I have seen other pictures of MN where her lips look larger than her recent arrest picture, thereby implying an significant resemblance to these sketches, IMO.

It is difficult to deny the resemblance, IMO, and I am sure LE will be flooded with calls, since they announced a possible link between MN and other missing children (or crimes?).

The suspect's voice in Lane Bryant murders is on the 911 call. I listened to it and it sounds like a male to me. The voice is pretty deep.

Or that the phone was missing, as well as one of JF's dolls.

Accused Child Killer Mona Nelson: 'I'm Not A Monster'

Mona Nelson Is Accused of The Burning Death of Missing Fifth Grader Jonathan Foster

By JESSICA HOPPER and EMILY FRIEDMAN

"I'm not a monster," she told ABC affiliate KTRK.

"I have five grand kids and I love kids," Nelson said.

Investigators are not impressed with Nelson's plea that she is not a monster.

From jail, Nelson, 44, defended herself, saying that she was approached by Jonathan's family on Christmas Eve.

Nelson claims that they she knew Jonathan's family and that they stopped by her home and asked her to dump a plastic container in exchange for $20. She said that she was drunk on vodka and never looked to see what was inside the container when she dropped it into a ditch in northeast Houston.

"I didn't know what was in it until they were showing me pictures in the interrogation room," Nelson told KTRK.

Nelson's sister defended her saying that she spent Christmas day with her.

"She showed no signs of doing anything to anybody illegal," Angie Johnson, Nelson's sister, told the station. "I don't believe at all she has anything to do with killing a child. That's not Mona."

They were looking for her on Saturday, iirc. LE wanted to talk with Mona per the parents explaining that she was there on Friday afternoon. She was not a suspect at that time.

Anything is possible with regards to Mona doing something after the death.

I have no clue if there ever was a presser where LE has lied or twisted the truth in a presser. I am only familiar with "sources close to the investigation" that twist things. :)

We must also try not to take what MN is saying as 'whole truth'. Like the initial mistruths, some of her statements may be self serving and CYA, but there maybe an iota of truth. She is singing like a canary anyhow, so there'll be plenty to keep investigators and sleuths busy.

Did LE return DD's car yet?
