I hear you but they were all in spirit and it's possible they held an awareness that he was in a high spiritual space and to be there, one would not be holding grudges ? Pure spirit. Like a trance... kinda thing? (smiley)I have no issues with Judge Kemp, but no one knows how Bothem Jean feels. The judge cannot say he forgives AG.
I think BJ brother said something to that effect. Guess the judge believed him. IMO.I have no issues with Judge Kemp, but no one knows how Bothem Jean feels. The judge cannot say he forgives AG.

Ok but I thought the initial argument was that because of the timing of the murder and sentencing of AG he and many others were suspicious of Dirty cops within DPD murdering JM? Is that not what the out cry was all about? There’s a big difference between failing to provide security and actual murder.@Momof4RN
Think he means that DPD exposed him to Digg's mates and it was only a matter of time.
They wanted to kill him the first time... the fighter aka 2nd person was thrown the gun, probably to 'finish him off' in the street fight... It's possible Joshua went to kick the gun out of his hand, blinded him temporarily and he shot his bestie... they wouldn't be forgetting that very quickly.
Then suddenly he's on every TV in town and his address announced publicly, it would only have been a matter of time.
That is pure speculation on my part in an attempt to hazard a guess at an answer to your question.
I believe Joshua would have informed DPD and they would also have checked it out themselves that he was putting himself at risk of exposure.. was last November, still very fresh..
I think he could be saying that certain security measures should have been taken to protect him from a possible or likely fallout.
And they may actually have a point with that.

Nailed it!
And that explains why a threat could have existed from Diggs's family?
He is listed as Mr Diggs's brother... may be gang terminology?
4 brothers including Diggs , all with different surnames...

Yep, I found his obituary (are we allowed to post links to those?). According to that he accepted Christ at an early age.Oh dear lord. "Brother" isn't a gang term, it's what many black men say when meeting, especially in CHURCH, or as an affirmation (tell it, brother), or as an indicator of (Christian) fellowship.
There is still no arrest of an actual shooter, to this day.Take note incident/murder took place on 11/23, and no arrest for almost 3 weeks.
I'm aware/Oh dear lord. "Brother" isn't a gang term, it's what many black men say when meeting, especially in CHURCH, or as an affirmation (tell it, brother), or as an indicator of (Christian) fellowship.
