10 children in CPS custody after Maple Valley death investigation

Sgt. Earl Seratt of the King County Sheriff’s Office describe the condition of the home where dead woman and 10 sick kids as "severe."

MAPLE VALLEY, Wash. — Ten children are in Child Protective Services’ custody following a death investigation in Maple Valley. The youngest is only a year old.
