Posted well after the news about the guys from Louisiana. Do these folks not know about that or are they deliberately ignoring it? I think I know the answer.

So, when does Al Sharpton arrive in Dallas?

Oh, and in those twitter links is DPD wearing a cap with a "punisher" emblem. That's outrageous and certainly doesn't help matters!

Wait what?! I’ve gone back to catch up on some missed posts. The 2 MIA suspects stayed at the long term care facility long enough for police to arrive and make a statement? And there was no suspicion they were linked to a call for a shot murdered victim (JB)?
^^SBM

Clearly, the trio were not first tied to JB shooting/murder by LE. Detectives didn't relate the Oct 4, 2019 crimes until Oct 7, 2019.

First, JB was said not to have any identification on him when he was shot, which delayed his official identification by ME until Sunday.

Second, 2 of the suspects -- M Mitchell (uncle) and wounded J Mitchell (nephew) alleged to officers they were victims. Said they went to buy weed from unnamed individual, who tried to rob them, and shot J Mitchell...

J Mitchell later gave the fictitious name "Demon Martin" not sure if this was for JB or T Green. He lied to investigators nonetheless-- including where the shooting took place.

M Mitchell was questioned by patrol officers at private hospital where he first took his nephew, but not arrested.

J Mitchell later moved to Dallas County's Public Hospital -- Parkland Hospital, where JB was also pronounced dead.

This was Friday night in Dallas -- and this incident not likely the only gunshot wounds for the night.

In their version, suspects M & J Mitchell never reported the unnamed individual was shot.

Fox 5 report states that M Mitchell and T Green are fugitives being sought.

No information in Fox 5 report that T Green was questioned at hospital, and does not appear to me he was at the hospital with M & J Mitchell.

Arrest warrants issued in Joshua Brown murder; police say it was drug deal gone bad

Great. Complete anarchy. People emigrate to the United States to escape that type of violence.
Stay out of Chicago. That's a start. Nobody makes these drug dealers/violators of the law do what they do. Again. Personal responsibility. Plenty, maybe most, who come to this country have a good and realistic handle on what's happening. More common sense than many born here. "Entrepreneurs" in Chicago and Dallas and other cities is a code word. I already knew that the first time i heard the term in this case. I didn't say anything because I knew the reaction to come. I think the same word "entrepreneurs" has been used in Mafia movies many times over.

That means we need to have a real conversation about decarceration & prison abolition in this country.
Yeah. Just let everybody run amok. Sounds like a plan.
ETA: I realize that was a quote. Not your own thoughts.

He is and it does not.
I just got the impression that they are well aware and choosing to ignore it.
I thought while watching it that their time might be better spent addressing the real issues they are experiencing through appropriate channels..
I'm tired of the shouting.
I did 3-5 minutes reading the # on Twitter and I closed it permanently.

I do still see eerie similarities with the Russian troll bot empires.

J. Mitchell said that the black bookbag taken from JB contained marijuana. (From the affidavit)

Wait, who said they moved him? You can be in "police custody" in the ICU. I worked in the trauma ICU at the hospital where he probably is at, and police being present in the unit was considered 'in custody."

On Oct 4, 2019 - his uncle M Mitchell took J Mitchell to private hospital (Promise Hospital). He was later moved to Dallas County's Public Hospital --Parkland Hospital, for treatment and where he remains under police custody.

MSN links up thread.

Okay, so they moved him from an inappropriate care facility that wasn't prepared to care for a critical care patient to a facility that is world renowned for the ability to care for a critically injured patient. That is the opposite of what was suggested-that he wouldn't have been moved if not stable, etc.

Parkland's trauma unit-where people in "critical condition" are brought-houses patients who are on the brink of death. I worked there. It's savage.

I did CPR on a patient shot in the head-his brains were leaking out of his ear while I did chest compressions. It was my first code and I'll never forget it. You don't end up in that unit if you are doing fine.

Then I guess he had quite a bit more than the 12 lbs found in his apartment. Wonder if there was cash in there too. Not sure these guys would give that up.
Glad we are getting answers

This.
He's doing a drug deal in the parking lot of his own apartment building with people that ere likely to kill him and he never even arranged back-up protection for himself.. he had friends, why not ask one of them to come over and stay outa sight in case the deal went bad?
Did he take any precautions at all to protect himself?
He was no big dealer...he was no gang member either..
But, how the hell did they know of him?
They went there with the intention of robbing weed from him, secure in the knowledge that they could easily do that.
I doubt they expected him to be armed, yet they came, fully armed in the hired car..
I wonder when he obtained a gun?
His facebook had a post about guns not being attractive assets to babes...

The U.S. Marshal’s Violent Offender Task Force arrested Michael Mitchell, 32, in Avoyelles Parish.

“Thaddeous Green was the facilitator. He’s the one who contacted Joshua Brown,” Asst. Moore said.

Moore said when they arrived at the location, “Green gets out of the vehicle, has a conversation with Joshua Brown which escalates into physical altercations.”

Jacquerious Mitchell told police when he got out of the vehicle, Brown ordered him to get back in his vehicle and shot him in the chest, Asst. Chief Moore said.

Jacquerious Mitchell said while wounded in the vehicle, he heard two more gunshots.

“He said that Thaddeous Green shot Joshua Brown two times,” Asst. Chief Moore said.

Green also stole Brown’s backpack and gun, police said.

Michael Mitchell was the driver, according to police. He dropped Green off at an unknown location and took Jacquarious to the hospital.

Oh, ffs. What a couple of manipulative opportunists. This is garden variety hoodrat crime, of which there is so much a hundred forums couldn't follow it all. AOC should focus on her district (which she neglects) and Harris should worry California and the massive homeless and drug problem out there. AOC also wants to get of prisons. Her tweet from yesterday:

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez @AOC

Mass incarceration is our American reality. It is a system whose logic evolved from the same lineage as Jim Crow, American apartheid, & slavery.

To end it, we have to change.

That means we need to have a real conversation about decarceration & prison abolition in this country.

Omg I love you for this post. The term hoodrat had been running thru my brain for days and I didn't express it since I already was being targeted as being offensive by statements about the victim. Thank you for stating it bluntly.

not necessarily...

The article was dated 6th, from Ocasio.
It does not refer to the recent events

Thank you but my comment still applies. Neither represents Texas and both shot their mouths off to make political hay (despicable), in a way to back-handedly implicate DPD. I'm sure they won't be interested in "getting to the bottom" of a weed deal/robbery gone wrong. Gnome sayin'? And, AOC's prison remark is flat out crazy. While there are people in prison with unjust sentences, there are lots more locked up for violent crime. I suppose she'd like them turned out on the streets. Worse, I know there's a large element of our society who would cheer than on.

Where do I even start with this? First, all drug dealers expect the other dealer to be armed. Why would they NOT expect him to be armed. They all are. How does any dealer know of another? It's a web. Like 6 degrees of separation. And to rely on a facebook post to be honest about anything...oh, my....JMO...drug dealers are the champions of lies and deception...
