Victims: Karen Pretty (28),
Scott Pretty (7) & Mark Pretty (5)
Location: Houston, TX
Date: May 10, 1978

Pretty (Robert) said he found the lifeless bodies of his sons, Scott,7, and Mark,5, in the bathtub.

They had apparently drowned after being shoved face down in the water. He pulled his children from the water, then ran to the other bathroom, near the master bedroom. In a bathtub was the body of his wife, karen,28, still wearing her flowered bathrobe.Her hands and feet were bound with telephone cord.

There is very little information on this case...I'm still trying to figure out if it was solved...

Robert Pretty passed away a few years ago...

This sounds like something Carl Eugene Watts would do...Especially if she wasn't sexually assaulted...But I'm unsure if he moved to Texas yet from Michigan at that time...
