AMBER ALERT: Travis County Sheriff's Office searching for missing 4-year-old girl

This road is less than a mile from me. I really, REALLY hope she's found soon!!!

"Police said the missing 4-year-old is 3 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 40 pounds. She has blond hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red shot-sleeved shirt, light red shorts and white socks. Police are also searching for the suspect."

Oh, and let's add that she's been missing for 48 hours - which makes this even more scary.

Officials said they are also searching for the suspect, the girl's father, identified as Eric John Ramirez, 40. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Officials said Ramirez has outstanding warrants and may be driving this vehicle:

• Maroon Chevy Camaro with a license plate number of KBX7877

Other possible vehicles include:

• Grey BMW with dealer tags 20089Z9
• White GMC Yukon with a license plate number of JRV2702
• Small white Volkswagen SUV with unknown plates

Oh okay so they waited 48 hours since it was her Dad, then issued the alert because it had been too long or new information surfaced?

Or did Dad have her for a visit and not bring her back as scheduled?

One of those pictures is in a red shirt and shorts with white socks. Is that the outfit she was last seen in?

It says she was taken against a court order.

I am wondering if maybe she was at one of his relatives homes, and she went with him to eat or play at park, at 5:30 Sept 10th. And he wasn't supposed to take her out, but what could it hurt, for Daddy to take her to Burger King?


But then he doesn't return. And his Mom/Sister/Ex or whomever, is worried about calling it in. She wasn't supposed to let him take her.

Then eventually it has to be reported? Maybe the child's Mom has been calling and saying what's going on...?

In ALL of the pictures I've seen, her eyes look VERY brown to me... :/

I hate that I am not seeing any details of anything. HOW did she disappear? Did he come in and just... take her? Did mom LET her leave with him? Why the two day delay on reporting her abducted, missing?

I don't like this, at all.
