Details of Disappearance​

Boney was last seen in the 4600 block of west FM 1960 in Houston, Texas on April 1, 2007. He was walking out of a movie theater with his mother, sister and several nieces when the group was approached by a man with glasses.


The man had an old Honda Accord filled with things, and tried to start an argument with Boney. Boney's sister and the rest of the family didn't know the man, and they don't think Boney did either. This is the last time his sister and most of his relatives saw him.


Boney had plans to move to Oklahoma and get back together with his child's mother. The father of his younger brother was in Houston was supposed to give him a ride. Boney went to this man home and dropped off his belongings, and he was supposed to come back for the ride to Oklahoma, but he never showed up and has never been heard from again. When police tried to talk to the father of Boney's younger brother about Boney's disappearance, the man refused to speak to them.


According to Boney's family, it's not uncharacteristic of him to live "off the grid" and be out of touch, but they don't think he would have completely abandoned his family. His case remains unsolved.

Kevin was 39 years old when he was last seen by his family at a movie theater in Houston, Texas on April 1st, 2007. The theater is located on the 4600 block of W FM 1960, and a handful of family witnesses saw an unknown man approach Kevin aggressively and try to engage in an argument. The man wore glasses and was driving a Honda Accord "filled with junk." No one in the group, including Kevin, were familiar with the man. Kevin typically lived and worked "under the radar", accepting living and work conditions while being paid under the table. He made plans with a family friend to ride with them to Oklahoma where his child and their mother lived. According to the family friend, Kevin brought over his belongings and never returned after.

Kevin's mother reported that shortly after he disappeared police barged in their door looking for him and claiming they knew he was there. In retrospect, Kevin's mother recalled that none of the "officers" we wearing uniforms and that it's possible they weren't law enforcement at all. Kevin is diabetic and his family is concerned for his health. There are few details available in his case and Kevin remains missing.

DOB: Unknown, circa 1968
Description: Kevin was between 5'2 and 5'4 tall and and 150 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on the lower right side of his abdomen and a scar on his right shoulder. He may use the aliases Timothy/Tim Leon Boney or Timothy Leon.
