Plead not guilty. $300K bond, reduced (6/11/19) to $125K. Charged (1/7/19) with assault-bodily injury.

Woman sentenced to prison for role in cover-up of Baby King Jay's death

On Friday, Oct. 15, 48-year-old Angie Torres pled guilty in the 227th District Court to a charge of tampering with evidence with intent to impair, a 3rd-degree felony.

In exchange for her plea, Torres admitted she committed the crime with her cousin, Christopher Davila, and her aunt, Beatrice Sampayo.

Judge Kevin O’Connell sentenced Angie Torres to 8 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division and a $1,500 fine.

It's 4:20 in TX and so far no news or updates. There was an msm article a few days back that said:

Bexar County Courts saw another setback this week as omicron has caused in-person jury trials to be put on hold until March 1.​

This is the third time the courts have had to stop jury trials because of COVID-19.​
