Price: Yes, received a copy of Dr. Brian Falls’ notes, reviewed other material & interviewed Lott at Wichita County Jail. Falls, a psychiatrist, testified for the defense that Lott was insane at the time of the crime.

Price said when he interviewed Lott he had a somewhat emotionless demeanor, but at times smiled & laughed inappropriately while talking about the crime.
