Lelia Norfus was last seen Tuesday at around 7 p.m., and authorities “believe this senior citizen’s disappearance poses a credible threat to (her) own health and safety,” the alert says.
Norfus, who has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, was last seen walking in the 3200 block of East Edmond Avenue, wearing red Jordan shoes, blue scrub bottoms with a blue T-shirt and black fleece jacket.
Norfus is 5-foot-9, weighs 115 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
