I've been thinking this could be a homicide case in regards to the political groups he was involved in. I find the location he was found in quite complexing, it's plausible he could be local and lived around San Antonio, Houston, or Corpus Christi.. maybe even Austin. I feel that it would make the most sense to look into neo nazi groups from around that time in those areas.
