wonder if the mugshot of the boyfriend they are showing in the media is from 2000. He'd have been about 30 at the time.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it is my understanding the lady in the surveillance video is the girlfriend (?) of the male who took his own life. She has remained anonymous here in the current situation, but posting his mugshot from when she was the victim in a prior SA case could lead to identifying her.

While the mug shot and history is public information, it's just not something we want to do out of respect for this individual.

The previous conviction was from 2000 so we don't think it is the same victim since she was described as a new girlfriend by the ex who called police. I don't think the previous conviction information would say anything about the victim. (But totally understand if you don't want it discussed anyway)

The previous conviction was from 2000 so we don't think it is the same victim since she was described as a new girlfriend by the ex who called police. I don't think the previous conviction information would say anything about the victim. (But totally understand if you don't want it discussed anyway)

She would have been in 8th or 9th grade in 2000. Doubt it’s her.

On the Daily Mail site, they have an article with a number of pics. One of the pics is the mugshot, which has been posted everywhere. In 2 other pics, that are missing captions (at least I couldn’t find the captions), it appears to be a much more recent photo of the boyfriend. They show a male who is balding and overweight. There is enough of a resemblance between these and his mugshot, that I am assuming that they are recent pics & the mugshot is from his younger years.

It is him. Because the DOB match. And I ran a BGC. Pictures look very much like his LinkedIn photo. If you go to his LinkedIn he has quite the resume. Even a ex EMT!

Yes in the news conference today Sheriff Scott confirmed the restraints.

According to LE she is safe with her family. They won't be releasing her identity because she is a victim of assault / abuse.
