I thought about that too - as a fire hazard. Thank you for advising.Thank you...I guess that's why I never saw them! I have seen the leather restraints, though.

The nurses would certainly remember too and have contacted LE. This would not be this way.Yes, but ambulance-delivered patients don't wait in triage. They are taken directly to an ER treatment room and the evaluation begins at that point. So the hospital would have a record of at least that much.
Here's another example of locking wrist restraints that were listed as medical restraints. Anyone can buy them on the internet though. So, some psycho could get something like these to lock up someone.I will say that I've never seen locking restraints on anyone (long-time healthcare worker) and assume they would only be used on psych patients or prisoner patients.
Read the FB page of the Montgomery County Sheriff in Texas. People are slowing down the video to .25x and can see a man in a dark shirt walking with the woman before she gets close to the door. It can also be seen that he blocks the yellow light before she gets to it.
Not true. ER treatment rooms are rarely empty in any city, so ambulance patients with non-lethal conditions don't always get taken back to treatment rooms. The waiting time for Emergency Room non-emergent patients to leave the waiting room or triage and go back to a treatment room to see a doctor is 2-4 hours in my area. In NYC, the waiting time to leave the waiting area or triage to see the doctor can be 12 hours unless you have a life-threatening condition.Yes, but ambulance-delivered patients don't wait in triage. Go read the Montgomery County Sheriff Texas FB page. People have slowed down the recording and can see a man in a dark shirt walking with this female at the very beginning of the recording. She appears to be alone, but she's not alone. That’s just her walking up from the side. Also how would this fit with her jumping out of an ambulance??

That's very scary! Was she trying to lure residents out of their homes while her male accomplice waited in the dark?i see him! visible at the 0:02 second-ish mark
Your husband was lucky. Emergency resources are prioritized and those with non-lethal conditions can wait for many hours. My husband was just in a NYC area emergency room (brought by ambulance but known to not be life threatening by the time he was in the ambulance) and he had no wait to get a treatment room, despite us later hearing a nurse tell another patient that they had no more beds. If someone was in bad enough state to be restrained in an ambulance, Id like to hope said patient was looked after by paramedics/nurses etc to make sure he/she didn’t leave.
If she's an "escaped" ambulance transport who bolted in the emergency room triage area, she's likely not going to come forward on her own to talk to police unless she wants to pay the ambulance service for the $750-$1000 ride to the hospital.

Although it's hard to believe, people call the ambulance for all kinds of ridiculous conditions. Some people call an ambulance if they have a minor headache or sprained their ankle. Just because someone arrived in an ambulance doesn't mean they get immediate ER care. Those with respiratory or cardiovascular emergencies will be seen before Emergency Room abusers.
I can see a figure walking beside her in this recording too. You have to look at the yellow lights at the bottom to see him. He briefly blocks out the yellow lights.i see him! visible at the 0:02 second-ish mark
