Amber Alert issued for 2-year-old missing in Texas
There’s a new Amber Alert out of Texas, this time for a 2-year-old boy who has disappeared.

Malakhi Bankhead last was seen at 9:30 p.m. June 4 in League City, Texas, according to the state Department of Public Safety.

Authorities suspect he has been abducted.

They think he is traveling with 21-year-old Katherine Ulrich and 24-year-old Cody Bankhead in a white 2015 BMW X3 that possibly has damage to the rear due to a recent accident.

The child stands 3′, 1″ tall, weighs 35 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He also has eczema on one or both of his elbows.

Ulrich stands 5′, 11″ tall, weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. She also has numerous tattoos.

Cody Bankhead stands 5′, 10″ tall, weighs 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He also has a scar on one of his upper arms.

Amber Alert issued for toddler in League City

They are believed to be driving a white 2015 BMW SUV with Texas plate KSW8656.

Police have not confirmed if the adults are the boy's parents.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to call the League City Police Department at 281-332-2566.

Amber Alert Issued for League City 2-Year-Old

The Texas Department of Public Safety issued an Amber Alert Monday for a 2-year-old boy missing from the Houston area since Tuesday.

Authorities are looking for Malakhi Bankhead, 2, who was last seen June 4 around 9:30 p.m. on Estella Court in League City, which is southeast of Houston.

Bankhead has black hair, brown eyes, stands 3 feet, 1 inches tall and weighs 35 pounds.

The vehicle authorities are looking for is a white 2015 BMW X3 with Texas license plates KSW8856. It might have rear damage to due a recent crash, Texas DPS said.

Officials said they're searching for 2-year-old Malakhi Bankhead, who was last seen at Estella Court in League City around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Even stranger, some folks that posted on the obituary page seemed to think this little guy was loved and adored by his parents.

I don't know what to think here. We don't know why the CPS wanted the child taken away, but we've seen this happen before with tragic endings for the child. Parents are supposed to turn in their child, they take off and usually the child ends up deceased. Praying this isn't the case with little Mailikhi. I don't understand why, if CPS is going to take the child out of the home, they just don't do it instead of giving the parents a chance to take off with them?
