This is the statement that CD (bio dad) gave 20 hours ago. This is why BB gave her statement. She wanted to let the world know that she cares. SMH

“MALEAH IS MY LOVE, MY HEART:” Maleah Davis’s biological dad spoke to me about getting devastating confirmation from Medical Examiner today. Last week we learned he tried to see his daughter day before she went missing. I have his message at 10 #Abc13

Pointless that was. A few nods of the head and looks away. She’s a fool.
No Len Cannon interview. He's a very good interviewer. Lot of clout.

Wow disturbing. Who describes a 4 year old as nurturing? She’s actually trying to explain all the things she as a mother was NOT. Hope we hear from a body language expert soon on this because none of what she just said sits well with me.

It’s not fair - what she really wants to say is life isn’t fair for HER!!!!
I haven't seen the interview but I'm guessing she described her as nurturing to imply that she was that kind of mother herself, since children are often a reflection of their parents.

As for it not being fair, well, that's the truth. None of what happened to Maleah was fair. She deserved to have parents who cherished and protected her. Of course it's not fair. Imo

I just had a thought! Do you think the recent BB interview was longer, but was edited this way because she didn't have much else to say about Maleah and appeared to be detached and aloof? JMO

Not one single contact phone number for LE on the flyers either.

EXACTLY! I Remember thinking g that early on and not being able to comment about it! Who puts their own phone number on that? Not call 911, crime stoppers, nothing!

HEADS UP: If you plan to drop off a bear for #MaleahDavis, bears will be collected and saved in a safe place until her memorial service. Bears will then go to children in crisis situations. Your gesture will help show Maleah love & so many other kids too. #KHOU11 #HTownRush

He is still more concerned with how he is being portrayed than poor Maleah.

He talked about how much he loved her and how nothing bad happened to her, but doesn't explain why she was in a trash bag on the side of the road.

They also said he is being threatened by other inmates ;)

More of her interview 16 minutes

She didn't deserve that': Maleah Davis' mom talks with ABC13 about reality of daughter's death 'She didn't deserve that': Maleah Davis' mom talks with ABC13 about reality of daughter's death via @ABC13Houston
It's all what she feels, what she's been through. Not what Maleah felt, not what Maleah has been through. Her fighting for her kids. Not about Maleah fighting for her life until it was snuffed out. Providing everything they need. She had to had to work hard to describe Maleah too. SMH.

'She didn't suffer' Derion Vence tearfully speaks to me from behind bars about the death of Maleah Davis. I asked him about how her body ended up in Arkansas too. His answer at 6:30/10 on #abc13

'I ain't no killer' Derion Vence denies killing Maleah Davis via @ABC13Houston

"I ain't no killer, bro," Vence said. "Chauncy, I loved Maleah so much. I did for her more than her own parents. I never had a biological daughter. I would never do anything to hurt her. That's not me. Ask anyone who knows me, and they'll tell you I'm not that type of dude and I was good with the kids."
He went on to say that he spent his 27th birthday in jail.

"I should be home with my family. With Maleah, the kids and Brittany, cooking dinner and watching Nextflix," Vence said.

When Chauncy asked him about Maleah's death he said she didn't suffer.

"Nothing bad happened to Maleah," Vence said.

Nothing bad happened because it was normal to hit Maleah in the head to "discipline" her, IMO. MOO. That's how he, and BB, justified that, IMO.

Threatened by other inmates? Aww, bless his heart.

These 2 (BB and DV) honestly sicken me. Those poor kids. I can't imagine the hell they lived in and thought was normal.
