QX is going to have to walk back his statement of BB being in MA when Maleah went missing.

Case in point: Maleah was last seen on video walking toward the apartment before BB left to catch her flight to MA.
I think in that interview, he was talking about a photo or video of alive Maleah taken on Friday, May 3rd (which we haven't seen yet).

“Maleah, Prayers and Teddy Bears” Organizers at the #MaleahDavis vigil say today is all about the little girl. This man you’ll meet on @KHOU at 10 had the toughest biker exterior but was a teddy bear on the inside. This is how he rolled up to the vigil. #khou11

#MaleahDavis you may have known love in your short life, but rest easy knowing an entire city loves you, and will never forget you.

QX: MD was seen alive when BB was in MA.

I tend to see it like some of his previous statements that ended up being inaccurate. Like him saying when Maleah went missing BB was in MA to be at her father's deathbed, when actually that was an earlier trip and not this one Maleah was killed during. Like when he said that she gave back DV's ring then had to correct himself and said she intended to give back.

I think QX was trying to make a lot of pieces of the puzzle fit to make a picture but the people he was getting his info from kept shifting the shape of those pieces as time went on. He may have believed that on Friday may 24th when he said it but that doesn't make it so JMO.

According to BB's step sister, DV text exchange with mistress that BB discovered and allegedly fought about all day up until she boarded her flight to Mass, were exchanged during the time period BB visited her dad in the hospital--just prior to his death.

Allegedly, BB confided she had to wait to take any action because DV was the bread winner, and took care of the family. -- BB pretty much had him on a pedestal...

(Sister's 5/29 phone interview with ytube blogger).
I wonder if BB thought she might get some money from her father's estate (assuming there was any to get) after he was dead and memorialized and this is what prompted her to call DV out on the cheating texts during the week she went to the funeral despite having knowledge of them earlier than that, if she thought she might not have to depend on him so fully for $.

I agree. I’m surprised that hasn’t been asked already.
They won’t. They would be vilified for being aggressive toward a bereaved mother who wasn’t charged with anything. No matter how oddly unemotional she may seem to the average person. MOO
idk, I think I read all of them. Oh man, man, man?
I read them all but there are soooooo many floating around I think it is hard to tell which are fabricated at this point.

Does anyone else think it’s coincidental that QX dropped BB like a hot potato and immediately QX goes to talk to DV?

Could it be QX knew a vague location or what happened before he went in to see DV - and got DV to give an exact location?

  • BB told ABC13 they called police Sat a.m. to file a report because they were concerned they had not heard from DV, but HPD detective clearly stated no report was filed [2].
  • BB2 explained that on Sat, they went to the PD again when nobody was contacting them and found out they had to fill out more forms, call the missing person’s unit, etc. [11
I remember in the interview BB2 said they were told missing persons is closed on weekends.
But LE said they were not contacted, and I don't remember if it's true,or not that missing persons is closed on weekends.
Has that been cleared up?

QX claims he was approached by the family and was not "hired" per se by BB. I don't know who dropped who between BB and QX, I tend to see it as more a mutual parting of ways as they both had differing priorities. I suspect BB2 asked QX to get involved and when he decided BB was not as advertised or was not being forthcoming and her stories kept shifting, QX thought well now that we have publicly parted ways maybe DV will want to tell his side of the story to the man who heard BB's side of things. And it appears to have worked. JMO

This gave me chills and, again, I have tears. Maleah has touched many hearts. IMO.

If it has, I missed it.
is that Maleah's family members in the last picture?
Sorry, I don't know.

Could be that BB told BB2 that they were shut. IIRC BB2 had to make her go down to file a report

So, as we learn new information I continually re think what the situation was/is with regard to DV and BB and the "accidental death" of Maleah.

If true DV had a mistress that DV was going to leave BB for and BB found out then she, BB, would likely not be, nor would have been, that protective of DV but more importantly if BB had any involvement and given DV was fed up with BB and was shortly going to move on then I think DV would have thrown BB under the bus by now if BB were involved. He has not, mind you his atty's have told him not to talk.

Thinking out loud and trying to make sense of the dynamics. MOO.

BB deliberately ignored anything DV did to Maleah, as she thought DV was the only man she could get, and she didn't want to lose him. Letting him "bathe" Maleah, and "discipline" her, which she could and did ignore was a small price to pay, in BB's mind.

DV is a vicious bully. I have no doubt that he went too far this time. BB should be charged as well. If BB gets a pass, it is like society agrees, that a Mother who lets a man abuse her kids is fine.

IMO She is guilty. She let a man, she knew was abusing her daughter, bathe her and discipline her? Nope! Just no!

I am so done with this female! I wish I could think of a better term than female! Thing? Is that acceptable?

Knowing that DV had a side piece that BB found out about, I can see it play out something like this. They discuss the texts, have a nasty fight, she leaves but makes bitter angry remarks to him in person or via phone then cuts him off. She’s trying to hurt or upset him but it turns into a rage. With BB unwilling to talk/engage, he took his anger out on her child(as sounds like was a regular thing in this home). DV then realized he had gone too far with this outburst of physical abuse and created a situation he couldn’t get out of...”the emergency”. Also “an accident”. Right or wrong I don’t believe they think they’re the criminals that others see when they hear the details of this case. MOO

IMHO no, I don’t think any of the family were expecting any $. I’ve seen mention (nothing official) part of the reason the funeral was delayed had to do with gather $ for the funeral/burial.

Do we know for sure he had a side piece? And even if he did, IMO, she was abused, side piece or not. IMO
