I went back and watched the interview with the grandmother when they were passing out flyers or with BB2. I was pretty sure of this but wanted to double check.

The confusion was happening in the beginning too re Friday night/wee hours of Saturday morning. They did go from the airport to the apartment per BB2. Her flight was due in at 10 but was delayed. It was midnight or shortly thereafter when she was called to come pick her up. They then went to the apartment where they could not get a key nor get in. So the pics/video whichever it was is likely from then. They then went to her house. The confusion comes from the fact it was after midnight.

They then went back later Saturday morning.

She does mention that BB had her phone at the end to someone. I think she meant during the interview.

I don't believe it was during the interview or she would of said BB has my phone. What the reporter ask did you get my previous text or something like that, and BB2 said BB had her phone. (meaning previously, not at the current time) That's how I heard it...but I could be wrong. Moo

DV was the breadwinner in the family. I suspect all the phones were registered in his name since he was the provider. Most cell phone carriers do a credit check. Maybe they had a family plan. Moo

Yep - I agree he was the breadwinner. Why did they leave a phone in the car? Do you think it was an accident? No matter what - this is a new development. And I look forward to more! IMO.

I’m leaning toward thinking this was not her primary phone that was found in the car. But rather some secondary, perhaps government funded, phone maybe kept in the glovebox IMO.

ETA this reporting was incorrect see my subsequent post here TX - Maleah Davis, 4, Houston, 5 May 2019 *EX-FIANCÉ ARRESTED* #11

What was DV's employment?

My mind can Not process the only one key and DV has it claim. That's a crazy statement and one I have a hard time believing. It makes no sense...each adult should have a key...

Post 9/11, with all the additional airport security screenings and baggage hassles, unless I drive myself to the airport and leave my car parked at the airport before I fly out, I usually leave all my keys at home with my spouse or whoever is housesitting/pet sitting/babysitting for me or us. It’s one less set of keys I have to worry about keeping track of or accidentally leaving behind somewhere.

We have at least three sets of keys for each car and door, but typically I bring none of them with me on flights unless I’m driving myself to and back home from the airport.

It sounds like she meant BB was holding her phone during the interview.
Why would she give her number to the reporter to text her if she wasn't using that phone herself? I think she meant she did not see the text yet, because she did not have her phone at that time. Imo

Editor's note: A previous version of this article said a warrant for Brittany Bowens' phone records was obtained, which is not correct. That information has been removed from the article.

Yeah, I know...

What a huge oops that was.

The whole part about BB's phone being in the car is gone.

I believe he had 3 jobs
music industry
Postal job
I forgot the name of another company. It's in one of the articles that I read. Moo
I think the postal job was an old job.
I thought he also had a job in the past working at a hotel.

His current job was at a factory that made pharmaceuticals. Imo

That's false too? Or just that they obtained the phone records?

I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is an error because it doesn't make any sense.

Where is the article with the editors note?

I understand that, but my comment was in reference to a previous post that they only had one key to the apartment, and DV always had it. I'd think one key would not be practical.

Nope!

Reporter: Can you just give me your cell phone # in case something else happens or u want us to pass along

BB2: Absolutely

Reporter: I left my cards in the car but can I just email you or text you

BB2- ok text me. What's your name again?

Reporter: Lauren

BB2- I have a cousin named Lauren, I did see a text from you, I think I responded

Reporter- (going through Phone) oh Jeanette?
oh, did you have Brittany's phone?

BB2- No, Brittany had my phone

So they were talking about a previous text that came in when Brittany had her phone.

It is probably not practical but it's not uncommon for landlords to provide only one key. Imo

BB2 did not say she was using her phone on the trip. Moo
Where is she now? No media presence all of a sudden. No interview.

This wasn't just a landlord. This is a property management company. They have guidelines, contracts etc. Usually its 1 key per adult. Moo
