In the last image of Maleah coming home after coming back from daycare she appears to be wearing footie pajamas suggesting she was going for the ride and coming back home. My opinion
I agree with that. Which means no plans to take her to daycare during that trip. MOO

Thanks Pommy, but it was in an interview where BB was standing beside him. He doesn't reference the container in that video. I'm off to work, I'll look later if someone doesn't find it before then.
Oh, okay. I don't remember a comment about a container but maybe this is the video you're thinking of?

ETA: He may have said laundry container or container of bleach?

It is in that video at about 5:45. QX mentions that LE found evidence of a crime in the apartment and a reporter asks about the nature of that evidence. QX replies that blood and human tissue samples were taken and "we have a container in the apartment" related to the evidence.

ETA: sorry, was wrong on the time; the mention is closer to 6:20 as the below poster said.

Thank you! I'll go listen again...

I see that possibility, but the outfit she’s wearing looks more like the Minnie Mouse school clothes outfit someone posted earlier, to me. I can’t tell about her shoes though, so I see what you mean. She could even have on the Minnie sweater dress over footsie bottoms. That would imply a different storyline, if those are pj bottoms.

However I also think it would be strange for MD to ride with the other kids to school if she wasn’t supposed to go; why would she not just stay home with BB?

All imo
kids like to ride in the car. also much that I have seen suggests DV was the primary caretaker vs BB ie: taking the kids to daycare, bathing etc.

I am going to say that the car is probably a basic model, without GPS data. I have a 2016 car, that is "No Frills", I didn't need GPS data, or any of that stuff, so my car doesn't have it. Not every single car now has "GPS" on it.

More information probably is being tracked using cell data.
Check the undercarriage.

Yes, Mommy needs her own recognition. Very clever that you did that! I love clever people.

Yes, around the 5-minute mark in this video he says he spoke with a Nissan dealership and there might be a way of getting more information on the vehicle. "Technology is a great thing and let's hope some new technology works." Tim Miller discusses search for Maleah Davis

ETA: Report is from May 9

Yes, we know that Vehicles keep on the computer the acceleration, the stops, and how many miles driven. We know that all of them do now because the insurance companies have these little plugins that capture this off the computers from the Cars. Hopefully somebody with the FBI can map that if somebody was going so many miles an hour, then they did a slow down or stop, then they went so many miles an hour, they can plug it into a map and figure out the travel pattern of the car during those two days. I would assume the FBI has somebody on that? It's kind of like genealogy, it perhaps has a new technology for them but it takes a special person to go through it and takes time to do such with a map. M o o.

I have also heard (and read) that some bank owned cars do have gps installed somewhere on it so that the bank can cut out a huge repo fee by knowing exactly where the car is. This isn’t all of them, but it does seem to exist. I would think that it may be for more high end cars but I’m not sure.

IMO, from what I’ve heard.

ETA - I just read that it is TYPICALLY for cars with in-dealership financing and for those with poor or no credit.

Updated theory (all imo)

Speculation:

A fight happened over the weekend that injured MD. No school Monday due to possibility of abuse discovery. Tuesday, DV had work and BB had her trip out of town, so MD was supposed to go to daycare but on the way there, DV realized that she was too obviously injured and brought her home, frustrated. He and BB fight over who will sacrifice his/her plan for the day and watch her, and in this fight she is further injured. They put her to bed and each goes on with the day’s plan. Then BB calls DV or texts or something and says come home, she’s dying/dead. He comes home and she leaves town.

I still have questions about this, too, however. I’d like to know when the plane ticket was purchased, for ex...

I take comfort in thinking about LE having all of their cell phone data ... hopefully they will figure out the truth in this mess of lying liar lies...

I like your idea. Makes me think.

Also, some reports have said that BB2 lived with them?

But if that is so, why is BB2 saying that BB came to her place to do laundry Monday?

What day did BB2 fly out? And mainstream media, didn't they say she was also out of town?

Container mentioned around the 6’20/6’30 mark
So, it sounds like it was probably an empty evidence collection container left behind by CSI. What do you think? Here's what I heard...

Approx 6 minute mark:

QX: We know for a fact that police did take forensic evidence out of the apartment that indicates a crime took place inside that apartment.

Reporter: Do you know the nature of that evidence?

QX: I know that they tested for blood samples, human tissue samples. We also have a container inside the apartment that they left where they were testing for blood and luminol in the place. And, it is true that they did find physical evidence.

I'm so glad you mentioned this because I need to add it to the timeline!

Starting around the 2:50 mark...

QX: Well, there was blood splatter evidence in the apartment. There was luminol spray and chemical spray that was all over the apartment after homicide investigators left. When you look at the video footage extensively you can tell what was going on. And you could tell that he made two trips to buy big bottles of bleach. This was a man who never cleaned the house up, ever, but he's buying big bottles of bleach, getting a big garbage bag, and there was blood splatter etc. around the drainage area of the house. Why would human body tissue be in the drain system? Why would human body tissue be in the pipes under the sink. in the pipes under the bathtub? Why would there be human body tissue found around the creases and cracks of the bathtub?

In my opinion I have thought all along that he was just talking about luminol results. There is no evidence of blood tissue. He would have no way of knowing that and I think he is just say the word blood tissue based on luminol results for blood. He is jumping on the word tissue, but I don't think he knows that from anywhere specifically. It was just luminol down the drain which could be from blood spatter Etc. Not tissue. M o o

So he took three kids in the morning? What order of kids drop-off did he usually do? Was she always the last one to be dropped off?

I'm just guessing, but could there have been some kind of container set up to collect tiny amounts of drainage from the pipes or drains or something? And that's why they left it, to collect remaining evidence over a period of time? Seems weird to leave an evidence-related container in a suspected crime scene, like it could cause a chain-of-evidence problem later. Maybe it was just a mistake.

Assuming QX has legitimate information and his assertion that human tissue was found in all the places he said it was - is there any way human tissue could NOT mean dismemberment? Could it mean hair, for example?

Tearful Sugar Land crowd embraces missing girl like she was one of their own
[...]

The crowd who came to honor the girl included neighbors, relatives and strangers.

Gathered at the park was a neighbor of Maleah’s, who remembered seeing her outside.

A cousin of her biological father, who thanked everyone for their support.

And the father of JB, a 7-year-old shot in her mother’s car in what was initially believed to be a racially motivated incident. He saw in Maleah’s case another example of a child lost to violence.

[...]

And then there were complete strangers, many of them mothers. If it were their child, they would want people looking.

There were two prayers. Poetry. Words from the audience. Some still held out hope she was alive. Others were less certain. They urged everyone to report abuse if they saw it and not let a scenario such as Maleah’s be repeated.

My understanding is they all go to the same daycare/preschool- at least the youngest two do (MD and the toddler). Does the five year old go to kindergarten at a different school?

Why wasn't the place sealed off?
