Just a thought here... maybe whoever ditched the car was supposed to catch it on fire. Trying to make sense of the laundry basket still being there with a gas can.

If someone set the car on fire, how would that person make his/her getaway with no car? That would make 3 people involved, if there aren't already that many or more.

My brother wants the world to know he is innocent, not how worried he is for Maleah or how much he and their whole family is desperate and grieving.
DV’s innocence is clearly telegraphed by his body language in the neighbor's security video ; IMO DV appears livid with anger, while innocent playful beautiful angelic ballerina Maleah skips along and races up behind him.
If anger, if rage, was the rage from resentment of having his style cramped — of having again to be waking up early to drive BB to damn IAH and having again to take care of some other man’s child? (BB reportedly had flown out w/o the kid’s not too long b4 the most recent MA trip.
Or was DV angry bc BB had allegedly confronted DV re penis pics on DV’s phone (according to community advocate/spokesman Quannel X)?
My bet’s on the former (although, FTR, it appears the previously posted $lim Vence & co rap video included on an earlier thread was very much an all boy party and implied or invoked repeatedly references to partaking of . The rap also included refs to Rx drugs used recreationally, IIRC one mentioned was Percocet. And of course there was fairly high production quality, lots of cash money flash, and guns. Anyone know if the video was from DV’s STL days or Texas time. If it’s true that DV is squeaky clean re the other kind of rap sheet, is there any history of immunity in exchange for turning states evidence or being an informant re anything.
This is somewhat off topic as it seems what DV is innocent of is caring about Maleah, and that kind of innocence is vomit worthy for sure.

Her friend took her to the airport. I'm waiting on LE for any evidence that he did anything but cleanup someone else's mess.

Very possible DV is 'Innocent'...Of Murder. Guilty on the other counts for sure but somethings not being said to us (The public) an that something is of great importance.

No, seriously, I suggest that DV also be charged with making a false statement to the police. This situation with people lying to the police and getting a pass needs to stop. People act like it is no big deal, even the police officers and prosecutors don't acknowledge it. Which is exactly why it happens over and over, because there are literally no consequences for lying to LEO! It shouldn't be minimized, because it is a big deal.

DV told a complete fabrication, regarding the whereabouts of a 4 year old girl who has brain damage. That is very serious. And he wasn't even charged with the lying!

Hold on.....LE is not done yet. Obviously, DV is not going anywhere or he would have bonded. I really want a murder charge of someone. To do that in the best way, we need baby girl.

I think you have awhile longer to wait. I don't believe DV is gonna talk. His attorney is probably telling him to keep his mouth shut. There is nothing on the table for him to talk.....yet. so we wait for LE to possibly find sweet girl. It could take weeks, months, or years.

I really can't believe he is sticking to that story. I need to hear or read the words of his brother actually say this.

I want to be careful with what I say because some of the information I’m aware of has not been reported in MSM and I have to keep going back and forth to news articles/videos. So has it been said where Maleah and DV were coming in from in the pictures of the surveillance video?

Possibilities of work or daycare drop off have been discussed as speculation but I haven’t seen any evidence about this detail. I’m curious about it, myself.

We don't know who the murderer is yet. (I'm with y'all on who) We have to have actual justice but right now its for a crime we aren't even sure on the details about. We not only have no clue who did the actual murder, but we have no idea how, when, why or anything. For me everyday this goes on, a person who isn't in jail at all is raising a lot more of my suspicions of this being a multi person crime. I can't help thinking this is not a one man show in some way, but that's my opinion. Everyone has very well thought out points and posts. Respect to all.

I've thought about this a great deal. For all that LE can do, their hands are tied without clear probable cause. And I fundamentally believe it should stay that way. For the most part, the public doesn't understand what that means. Criminals do, but the public doesn't.
If he did bond out, I don't think he has anywhere to go. As well, he hired not one, but two attorneys. He's not going anywhere. At the moment he's in self preservation mode, as he should be....
