I’m very skeptical of this development. I hope they find her, but something seems fishy about this.

I think its real. Because he has admitted to a death and to hiding the body, I don't think they need the body for charges. He's done. Lets see who he takes down with him.

To me that would be selfish. I think since he’s more of an insider to the situation they should give it to another missing persons case. I normally would say donate it to help raise her other siblings, but I’m not sure if that would be a trustworthy situation in the future depending on who has the access to the money. MOO.

1. She's all they know? You mean, except for the various other caregivers, including for the six month period they were removed? Okay.

2. Why didn't CD see Maleah and her brother on Thursday, May 2?

3. There's no way in the world that the 6-year-old brother doesn't know she's missing. I'm sure he doesn't fully grasp the situation but it sounds to me like he is traumatized and nobody is addressing that. The article says he will need to see a therapist at some point. Seriously, all the people caring for this 6-year-old who may have witnessed his sister's abuse and/or murder (and could be an abuse victim himself), have not already put him in therapy??? That's horrible. Not that I'm surprised at this point. Of all the times to get your priorities straight and do the right thing for a child, this would be one.

IMO DV knew his goose was cooked but maybe he realizes that since so much time has passed by now it's going to be difficult to determine a COD and whether or not anything else, like SA, occurred. Unless the autopsy reveals something highly suspicious like antemortem or perimortem broken bones the DA may have to work with DV's claim of "accident."

I missed it, I assume QX has taken it upon himself to announce where Maleah's body is? Because you know, only QX can break this case - I really hate his involvement in this case.

Well DV did get give up where Maleah is. So there is that. Now maybe Maleah can get the justice she deserves,and anyone else involved will get locked up.

Well if he does there a lot if lawsuits against him, so that might get snagged by the courts to cover those cost.
Maybe a lawyer on here can fill us in on that.

Man, that must have been a super panicky at least 9 hours of driving. I wonder if the almost-2-year-old was along for the ride? I think he probably was, since he was with DV in the original abduction tall tale. If he wasn't, then someone else had him and is not talking.
