There is a reason DV waited this long...decomposition- Cause of Death

5 weeks missing

Her body exposed to all the outdoor elements -heat/rain/wildlife

I hope it's not to late to determine cause of death.

Moo
Please please find her today. I will be praying all day.

Even if only her bones have survived the wilderness, they can compare her skull to her recent xray to determine if she was 'punched' in the head. (QX said BB told him in the car after the latest interview, that DV probably punched MD's head.) If that's true, why oh why does her abuser keep hurting the poor little girl's head. It's insane.

Curious as to why QX wouldn't contact LE directly

I'm thinking he doesn't have a lot of trust or respect in them. But I'm just glad he works with TM.

I don;t believe that LE would have known where to go without QX's info, because the news report about Hope, Arkansas, is likely what caused the gardeners to finally connect the bag with this case and finally report it three days later.

Oh, that poor baby. :( As sad as it is, I hope they found her so she can get a proper good-bye.

Why would they just hit a black trash bag? You would think they would move it before mowing over it and you would think it would be seeable. Unless they were being pure lazy. MOO.

You would think, at the very least that even if they weren't able to avoid it, that the 'foul smell' would raise some alarms and someone would call the authorities.

They are on large mowers. It could have been hard to see. I see no reason to accuse anyone of being "lazy".

They noticed something after they hit it and told a supervisor who said to leave it.

TM's plane is in the air.

The problem is the grass it typically feet tall on the sides of the road. The workers are usually on tractors, or other large equipment when mowing. They are do a job, mow the tall grass. There's often dead deer on the sides of roads, maybe pets that have been hit by a car, and trash bags do fall off trucks when people taking trash to the dumpsters. If the workers stopped for every item, they wouldn't get the mowing finished, and they likely can't see everything in that tall grass.

I guess not. The LE spokesperson said that people often dump animal carcasses and stuff. The workers apparently felt it was noteworthy though but since the news about Maleah and the search all centered in TX, they probably didn't connect it.

It's a shame. But hindsight, and all that.

Am I the only one that thinks it’s weird that mowers didn’t find the bag until today after the announcement was made that that’s where the search would be (relatively). You would think if workers just stumbled across the bag it could have happened any time in the previous weeks and/or they would’ve been working in that area and report something weird regardless of something being brought up in the news. I’m not sure if I’m making sense but what are the odds that its on the same day right after it’s announced you would think the series of events would be the other way around. Maybe just me

From the Sheriff telcon -- kind of sounds like they were working up to that. Workers set bag aside a couple days ago, and crew returned to the area today. The rest is history.....

I always felt a little hope and wished somehow DV first story was true and MD was kidnapped.
I know it was impossible but it still gave me hope.
Now, all that hope is gone.

Praying for MD and all the searchers/LE who have to recover her.

If this is the correct black bag, my mind is blown that he left her out where it is open enough to mow.... Especially when there are trees so close!

I'm sure if someone was mowing near Houston and saw something similar in the last month, they would have been way more likely to suspect something about Maleah. But in random Arkansas, it's way less likely she was on everyone's radar the same way.

My. My. My.

It all just becomes so real when they are (potentially) found. Like before that it is sometimes like reading a story.

Then they're found. Then you remember this was a living breathing human being. And it's real. All of it.

I hope it's her for closure, and I hope the mower didn't destroy evidence.

And counted on everyone buying the Three Amigos story, and a lifetime movie, big time rapper lifestyle.

Yeah, you just can't make this stuff up....wait...he did make it up.

QX has no desire to speak to BB. She keeps texting him to find out what DV said.

Only 10-15 feet from the side of the road.

Q is talking no, says DVsaid she was left near the road, when it was dark. I think DV was just wanting to get rid of the body, quickly and easily as possible.

QX seems like he is crying, child was being tortured per QX

Mr. Q is now interviewing again on KHOU again.
  • He said DV said he dumped her body "late, late" at night and it was dark
  • BB has sent texts Q - he has not responded and has no plans to respond
  • He said it's a "damn shame her mother chose a man over her own daughter"
I think BB is involved as well - IMO.

Knowing the distance also helps the gas can make sense. He wasn’t going to want to stop and get gas along the route and risk using his card or being on camera. Just brought his own along.
